I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Wizz Air.
The online check-in process was incredibly inconvenient and unnecessarily complicated. I was required to pay additional fees, which is something I have never experienced with any other airline. Even after going through this frustrating process and paying extra, I was still unable to obtain my boarding pass.
To make matters worse, the system later showed that my flight information could not be found. This level of disorganization and poor service is unacceptable.
I have never encountered such a terrible experience with any airline before. I am deeply disappointed and will not choose Wizz Air again in the future.
