The consultant answered all my questions in terms I understood, I have a much clearer view of my options now. Not pushy at all, polite and a breath of fresh air to deal with.

The call back for initial (free) chat was as timed and very clear and concise

Minimal use of terms and phrases which may not be understood by ordinary folk and anything I wasnt unsure of, was clearly explained.

I completed the question and answers needed, during the chat, which saved a trip to have a formal meeting, although, no doubt, will be needed at some stage later.

Anything needing signing, has been done today, as the legal documentation has arrived promptly, as promised.

I look forward to seeing how things progress, from here, on.

I was able to give clear instructions to enable the agent supplied to approach WTW on my behalf pity I couldn't get the same service from the Trustees of SmithKline Beechams Pension management team.

simple booking process, however, took IFA advice so am not using the service.
