I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I have been waiting for almost two weeks. I placed the order on June 2nd, as far as I remember. The app showed that my order would arrive on June 5th or 6th, but today is June 14th and I still have not received it. I have neither received a refund nor the order itself. I do not recommend this company.

Micellar Water.
My order arrived, but with only 3 bottles whereas I'd ordered 4. I also noticed that the cardboard box was wet, and it had been placed in a clear plastic bag with a tag. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo of it at the time and I do not know if the problem is yours or the delivery. I'd be grateful if you could look into this matter for me please.

A little disappointed
I’ve ordered from this company before and absolutely loved my product and received a free generous 10ml sample of a perfume which I actually bought the full size of in my recent order as I was so happy with it.
Unfortunately this time round I got a tiny sachet that’s not even enough for 1 use. I bought a 100ml perfume, it says free gifts with every order and I was greatly disappointed by the fact that I didn’t get a similar perfume sample last time, despite it being the same size order.
The perfume also isn’t filled all the way to the top which is annoying but could just have evaporated from sitting on a shelf.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I was a bit disheartened by the experience. Good prices but it’s just a shame this time round.

This was the only company that I could…
This was the only company that I could find which had my perfume in stock. It was also at a reasonable price as were the delivery costs. Purchasing on the website was easy and communication was great at all stages from dispatch to delivery. It took a few days to arrive but completely understandable coming from Europe. I will certainly check with this company for future purchases.
