Drop-ship, plastic tat direct from China. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! Ordered this ball aswell as another cheaply made item and this item does not work. Having emailed the company a few times and getting nowhere the company have now stopped replying to me! They sent me an email with technical support for the ball which I tried and replied this did not work and still have no reply from this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! This has been ongoing since January 2026. I want my refund!!!

This company is not based in the UK. They will send you faulty products and not respond to any messages regarding refunds. Trading like this is illegal and yet they are getting away with such immoral behaviour. It’s maddening.

How I wished I had come to Trustpilot prior to ordering. I ordered two dog toys which came apart when using freeing a table tennis ball which could have been quite dangerous had I not noticed. I sent a video of the fault happening and have just received an email stating the toy was functioning as intended and for me to be present at all times they are using it to avoid similar issues in the future. No refund. What a shameful thing to be doing, taking peoples hard earned money by selling cheap nasty rubbish. Shame on you. Avoid at all costs

Wish I had read the reviews on here first. Absolute scam of a company that ships you cheap damaged tat from China.

Website looks credible as you can pay through Klarna who which I have complained to.

Can’t give less than 1. Still waiting for my parcel .one tracker couldn’t open, two from Evri to say they have the parcel but don’t. Scammers

Item received after 19 days after a lot of chasing up and contacting PayPal. This company are not clear on their delivery times and do not state on their website that their items come from China even though on their website it says they are based in the UK.Not very happy with this company wouldn’t use again although the item is very good and my cats love it.

AVOID like the plague! This china based company posing as uk will absolutely get your blood boiling.

I ordered from this company middle of January. shortly after ordering via KLARNA (im glad i did as have raised a dispute through them, but they shouldn’t be supporting this scam business either)

I realised by looking at the reviews on trust pilot that this company is not right something very FISHY! I waited 3 weeks and was not surprised with what i was sent as described in other reviews. Cheap gross tat!

I then decided to contact the company. I get a reply asking for photos send them and then get asked for them again and again. Like a copy and paste type email always at 5-7am getting me really nice and worked up to start my day.

I will be the one to escalate this so far. Contacting all the official scam bodies i can! So, congratulations so far on your stall tactics because im NOT messing around.

Terrible quality items and overpriced. Clearly out to scam people. Contacted several times to explain the item waa damaged. Supplied pictures but they kept asking for clear pictures as they couldn't see the damage in the ones I sent. The pics were extremely clear. Currently in the process of retail dispute through my bank

Avoid avoid avoid. They will take your money and not send you the product, nor attempt to resolve the issue. Do not order from them.

I was unable to leave a Zero Star review so here's my One Star review of this company and their totally unsafe products.
I purchased an Interactive Dog Ball for our 11Kg Terrier Daisy as she's fascinated by playing with balls and toys.
The toy took weeks to arrive from a UK website, the vendor is actually based in Austria and hides behind a UK website facade.
The toy eventually arrived and within 15 minutes, Daisy had it in pieces and big chunks torn out of it, exposing the battery and motor inside.
I was watching her play with it and it became immediately obvious that it was very unsafe and unfit for purpose.
I contacted the vendor to complain and make use of their advertised 14 Day Money-Back Guarantee but they refused, stating the toy arrived in good condition so the guarantee did not apply.
I left reviews on their site but all vanished immediately, suggesting a fake review process and therefore all reviews there are likely fake.
Do yourself a huge favour and AVOID this organisation at all costs.
If I had not been watching Daisy play with the "toy" she would likely have choked to death on the internals within 15 minutes of starting to play with it.

Wouldn’t give a one star but the only way to register a review.
Poor quality item and do not acknowledge that they made a mistake with the order .

Why did I not read the reviews!!!!! The key ring I ordered, never arrived. Clearly a scam company in China. I thought they were a UK based company. Avoid this horrible scam at all costs!

Although the website is a U.K. domain, THIS IS A COMPANY WHO DISPATCH FROM CHINA. Absolutely no heads up given about this, I have now been waiting 2 weeks for delivery and the best they can tell me is “it’s been dispatched and will be with you soon”. I expected to receive it at least a week ago, actually ordered as a Xmas present, but that’s long gone now. I’m not expecting a quality product now I’ve realised it’s from China (been caught out before), and also after having read these reviews. Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first.

yep i fell for this one too, said only ship to UK ? but dont know until point of order its coming from china i bought a bouncing ball for my dog will go straight in bin would not trust quality from china and yes to hide all these facts defo a scam site needs shutting down where is trading standards allowing uk citizens to be duped liked this SHAME ON YOU

Not a UK company!!!! Avoid!! Terrible company, ordered weeks ago for xmas. Still hasn't arrived. There excuse is it takes time to print. More like takes time to ship from China. Please avoid as this was a ruined xmas present.

Emailed for a friend to get a refund as the lid doesn't connect and was no good for my friend who has arthritis. Emailed to get this product sent back and get a refund, now I am arguing with them to get a refund as all they want to do is send another one. And constantly asking for pictures before they will refund.

Absolute crock of shite. Waited an eternity after contacting their customer service 3 times with no reply.
Reviews on their website are false.
Keep clear or waste your money….. your call.

Agree with another reviewer. Please avoid this retailer.
The goods took forever to arrive and the returns process was exhausting.
They offered me 10% off the goods instead of returning them! I have returned the goods at my cost (back to Austria!!!) and still await a full refund two weeks later!
