Happy to have the lokko, I have used it one time and not the last time !

Good product, nice support

I have problems with the lock. At a certain point it didn't take the code so it couldn't be opened. I contacted Lokko and I received immediately response and suggestions on how to solve the issue. I received a new Lokko but after a week the same problem appeared. I've cut the lock itself and replaced it by a lock with a key, so I can still use the Lokko bag. I informed Lokko and again I received a response.
So although the lock is not optimal, I have the feeling they listen to the feedback and are willing to investigate this. So the customer support is great!

The Lokko bag itself is a good way to store the helmet instead of dragging it around. If they optimize the lock system, it is a perfect way to keep your helmet safe and dry.

I edit my 1-star review from Mar 9. The dispute has been settled to my satisfaction, I got a full refund and a reasonable explanation for what went wrong. I cannot review the product and am still frustrated about that, but I can now give 4 stars for the polite tone of communication and effort by the makers of Lokko to deal with the problems encountered. I will definitely try and order the product again at a later point of time.

Original review:One star only because there is no zero star option. After extensive communication and promises regarding my pre Christmas order the Lokko bag as of March 9 still has not arrived - although a mail of Feb26 announced that it was out for delivery, citing the correct address. I feel scammed.

Really love the product, have been using for a few weeks now and it’s helpful keeping my helmet dry and not having to carry it with me any time I leave my bike. It’s an easy way to make safety a priority for me.

I saw this product on Facebook, and I'd been looking for a convenient way to store my bike helmet when I'm not wearing it for a while.
This storage system is very handy, and I can safely store my bike helmet in it.

During the time I was waiting (product needed to be manufactured again due to quality issues in the first 'start up' batch) I was kept well informed of the progress, while I was also offered a cancellation with refund if I didn't wanted to wait.
When the production and quality were up to standard, the product was swiftly send to me.
The product itself is very nice and does as promised.

Easy to handle and fits in my pocket. I was a little bit sceptic if the bag was waterproof, but after a rainy day my helmet was dry. Happy customer overhere.

Overall a very good product. The current version works well and does what it should. A slightly stronger build in the next version would make it even better.
