I've order a hex weights set on 3rd March still haven't got my order yet. There send a tracking number after I send them a email, the tracking number does not work.send them a another email and there won't reply, because I have asked for my money back. It's a bad service or I have been robbed. Don't order on this site

Worst company ever do not order anything thru them!! I bought a package of toilet paper over 2 months ago & it's still sitting in "transit". I talked to a James I believe & he answered me in the beginning but is no longer responding. I tried to report it as fraud but they had the states attorney call me to tell me I have to ask my bank to refund me cuz since they are in China they can't do anything. Now I am asking my bank to help me. They are by far the worst company never go thru them no matter what!!

Can't write a review without giving a star. They don't deserve a star. I ordered, paid 106.00 in March and never got my order. Claimed it's on the way, confirmation number and all. They don't answer any email. Nothing but a SCAM !! I HATE SCAMMERS WHO TAKE HARD WORKING PEOPLE'S MONEY !!!!!!

ZERO STARS ! Facebook add for an Estate Fire pit... .. never received, can’t View my order from the email link. Multiple request to refund my money with the same response “ we show it was delivered to your Local USPS “. I paid via credit card and will file a fraud claim with them. SCAM. Facebook should be held accountable for allowing scammers to advertise.

Bought 3 xl dog beds in March. They shipped march 24th, still no dog beds i also tried to contact them multiple times thru email and got nothing. No money back or answer on when I would get my dog beds

Its a scam. I purchased a $90 weight set before checking reviews (big mistake) so I lodged a dispute with paypal, MyShopify received the complaint from paypal so posted me a peeler and provided the postage tracking info (of the peeler) as evidence they sent me a weight set. paypal dismissed my claim when the peeler arrived as myshopify provided them evidence the package (peeler, not weight set) had arrived. I spent ages then trying to notify paypal of the fact that a peeler arrived instead to have the dispute re-opened. nightmare.

Do not order from this company or any company selling wine barrel furniture! You never get your item! It’s all a scam! God doesn’t sleep!

SCAM ALERT!!! In Feb. 2020, I ordered a storage shed. It is now June 5th, 2020 and I still HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY THING. NOT EVEN A REPLY from Artyus.shopify. I cant even find out anything. No phone number, just an email that doesnt work. Guess I'll never see that $100 again. I got a rect' number and Invoice ID number when I ordered, what good that is. They don' t even deserve one star.

I am very satisfied with the service I received.
My order took just over one week. Which is brilliant compared with other Companies, during this COVID 19.

I purchased 2 Batman lights from Droaw...only 1 received. They separated the lights. I have emailed several times. Droaw Support replies but still no second light.....

Wish I had seen all these reviews before purchasing. Never did I think I would get robbed. How sad that we are going thru a crisis, a pandemic.... people are losing their jobs, trying to pay rent & trying to buy a mask to look somewhat cute & then this happens?? You steal money from us? SMH

That’s a -0 DO NOT PURCHASE FROM chaneline0! Do not! I made a purchase for the Lip Camouflage jacket April 21st I finally revived notice that it was shipped...but nothing no tracking number no location to track nothing. I emailed and no response. I’ll be calling my bank to report it as fraud. Money sure did leave my account but nothing not a damn thing!
