Very Happy works well. Negatives take too long to be sent to Australia email asking for review not in english yet when trying to sellme something iit is in english i find it annoying.

Just another scam company that Facebook allows. Disgusting that they get away with it.
My order was placed mid September and still not arrived (It’ s in transit and has been since the 5th Oct). I guess it’s on the slow boat from China and I doubt it will arrive, like so many other have put on here

Usability
The tool is ok. I did not get it to wash my car, but my large windows. The stem was a bit bendy and shorter than I thought it would be, and the head angle was hard to control if the mob head was not right in front of me. That made Tall windows more work. But it did the job. I was hoping to not have to use a ladder but the tool isn't long enough.

STILL Not Delievered :-(
I ordered the mop on August 19th and it has not yet been delivered. The latest tracking shows it arrived at LAX on August 30th. No updates since then. I'm always shocked when a company asks for a review before they actually deliver their product. My experience so far has not been good & I could not recommend this company based on their performance so far.
