They used to be amazing
They used to be amazing- used them for over 2 years. However last 3 months I think they changed the prescriber and suddenly every order gets stopped and questioned and you end up messing up your dosages- not very safe( and customer support suddenly doesnt reply either after several days )
I hope they will go back to their great service , in the meantime ill have to switch a provider

I don’t like that I am now being charged almost £9.00 delivery. The product is already expensive. I would like occasional insensitives for being a loyal customer. Maybe if buying two products get a percentage off the second one.

The day to day service of getting medication is great, until it goes wrong. 5* for this part and 0* for their customer service.
I had cause for complaint and the company basically won’t take the complaint despite raising it over ten times now. They just don’t do anything with it.
If it was easy to change provider, I would.

Lost a good amount of weight over a nice and relaxed period. It also works fast if that’s what you’re looking for.
Help is always at hand . Delivery is prompt and packed well .
If you suffer with any side effects ( I only had constipation) the company will provide you with free medication for this and anything else that relates to the jab.
I have found the Wagovy amazing and half the price of the munjaro.
