Es malo leer que se ha presentado un problema con el paquete recibido y el artículo llego en malas condiciones, es por ello que revise el dato del pedido y noté que no se ha reportado previamente.

Recuerda que CeX ofrece asistencia en caso de un problema con las compras en tienda o portal web, es por ello que se ha creado el formulario de la sección "ayuda" dentro de la web, donde un agente esta al pendiente para atender de forma personalizada.

En este caso he enviado un mensaje al correo electrónico registrado en la cuenta de socio en webuy.com y solicitar las fotos del estado en que llego el paquete, con lo que se puede dar una solución lo antes posible. Estaré al pendiente de la respuesta al mensaje enviado para dar seguimiento.

I got the wrong game

I got the wrong game, the games are from the same franchise and saga, but I wanted the "first" one because I have the second one, got the notification that the game was on stock again, bought it, it came 4 days later but when I opened it it was the second, which I already have. Fortunately on a physical store the refund was quick and complete. Sadly now I have to check the game page because the system recognizes the game as the first one so I can select the send notification when on stock thing because "it is" on stock.

En este caso he revisado que el proceso de devolución del pago ya se ha realizado y puedo comentarte que los compañeros están revisando lo sucedido para ajustar el juego al código correcto, por lo que no debes preocuparte.

Recuerda que puedes usar el formulario de la web para solicitar información sobre un artículo del que puedas tener dudas sobre su estado físico, ya que los compañeros están al pendiente para ayudarte con las consultas de stock.

Excellent customer service!

It was thanks to customer service that I bought a videogame in CeX. They were very, very helpful and professional.
I was buying an used videogame, and they took pics of the product and confirmed its general state for me to be sure of my purchase. They also answered to all my questions and provided me with the certainty to proceed.
Their web store needs some features, like choosing from which store I want to get the product, but overall the process to purchase was simple and effective, and the game was delivered to me in the best of conditions.

Very bad service AND costumbre experience

The delivery took lots of Time AND when they finally delivered they delivered It wrong they left a package from anotjwr person , i had to get in touch withe the Transporter so to fix It myself, AND four days lager they sent a mail to solve It, they dont even know i solved It, It was a very frustrating experience

En este caso de ha dado seguimiento desde hace varios días, por lo que si no puedes ver alguno de los mensajes, te recomiendo revisar la sección "spam" para no perderte ninguna novedad.

Frustrating Experience with Wrong Item Received

I recently ordered the Steam Deck OLED, excited to try the new model with its upgraded features. Unfortunately, I was sent the LCD version instead. The product itself works fine, but it’s not what I ordered, and this mix-up has been deeply disappointing.

I contacted customer support immediately, and while I received a response on Friday, the process has been slow, especially since it’s now the weekend and Monday is a holiday. It’s frustrating to wait almost a week for a resolution without clear instructions on how to proceed.

What makes this experience even more disappointing is the excitement I initially felt about receiving the Steam Deck OLED, which has now turned into frustration. I hope this issue is resolved soon, and that processes can be improved to prevent similar situations for other customers.

Very impressed by my first experience…

Very impressed by my first experience with CEX. For a while I had been searching for a pre-owned iPod Touch 7th generation. CEX had one at a very reasonable price. It shipped in less than 24 hours and arrived as promised. This iPod was in the original Apple box complete with accessories, and appeared to be brand new! I will definitely do business with CEX again!
