Good deals and fast shipping. Additional fees are listed and should definitely be taken into account when bidding. For shipments from abroad, there may be high customs duties in some cases.

I am very happy with the product I received and the shipping quality. I was surprised to receive it so soon after completing the purchase. Fedex made sure to only deliver it to myself and not anybody ek. The bidding is stressful as time resets in the last second if someone places another bid. Only reason why is not 5 stars for me.

Hi Bruna,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are thrilled to hear that you are so happy with your item and that you were impressed by the secure delivery from FedEx.
We completely understand your feedback regarding the bidding process. Just to give you a bit of context, the reason the timer resets when a late bid is placed is to ensure a fair auction for everyone. This feature prevents last-minute "sniping" and gives every collector a fair chance to counter-bid if they really want the item.
While we know it can be a bit stressful in the heat of the moment, we hope it gives you peace of mind knowing the system is designed to be as fair as possible.
Thank you again for your feedback and support. We hope to welcome you back for another auction soon!
Best regards,
MWS Team

Didn’t realise how much it so if shirt cost £45 you pay like £90 don’t work that should only pay £45 + a choice of postage which would be fair

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback!
Please note that shipping costs charged by us are always clearly shown during checkout. We also mention that import fees may apply depending on your country.
Unfortunately, import duties and customs charges are determined by local governments and customs authorities, therefore we are unable to specify the exact amount in advance.
If you ever have any questions regarding shipping or import fees, our Customer Support team is always happy to help.

Milestone event for Claudia Martinez (Washington Spirit)
This was a milestone event for Claudia Martinez (Washington Spirit). She had her first start as a rookie and had her first game winning goal in the Spirit's 4-2 win over the Orlando Pride. MWS advised that the signature might be smudged or slight illegible. But I found it to be quite legible. Delivery was prompt and to my door. The shirt came is a very nics box and the shirt has an RFID chip for authentication. This is a great product and when she has another major career milestone I will try to buy that shirt as well.

They shamelessly charge you extra money…
They shamelessly charge you extra money in various ways. It turns out there was no 15% handling fee. They said it was to support customer service and verify authenticity. What? So what you're selling is something whose authenticity is uncertain? Customer service is getting worse and worse. No matter what problems you have with the product you receive, the only response is always "no refunds" without offering any solutions!

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
We understand that unexpected import duties can be frustrating. However, please note that customs duties and import taxes are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control. These charges are separate from the shipping fee and are not included in the delivery cost paid at checkout.
We always clearly communicate that additional import fees may apply depending on the destination country, and this is also outlined during the purchasing process.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate your understanding that these charges are not set or collected by us.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
