My order never arrived

My order never arrived. No customer service to call and emails often not answered in a timely manner. I had to open a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. Avoid at all cost.

Exactly what we wanted

We found just what we wanted at a reasonable price. Carriage was quite expensive but the article was extremely well parcelled up. For some reason there was a delay with delivery but we weren't in a hurry & the courier himself was delightful & very helpful- a rare treat. Our purchase was exactky as described & was exactky what we were looking for. We'd certainly use the company again
