Customer Service is non existent

Customer Service is non existent, ordered multiple items, all showing in stock at time of order, 3 items not invoiced, raised a ticket, it took 4 days and an email before they responded saying the parts have now been invoiced, did not even answer the questions in the ticket, sent another ticket, took another 3 days to respond, still did not answer the questions. Paid $40 extra to go by startrack so I would have it quicker, should have just gotten it by snail mail, so far still don't have the order its been over a week, Australia Post is faster. I buy from other companies with startrack and I have it in 2-3 days. Worst service ever.

Best deal, fastest delivery!

These guys are amazing! They offer the best deals on DJI drones and deliver interstate in 3 business days. I'm happy with my Avata II purchase and definitely coming back for Mavic 3 pro.

You guys are the absolute best at this!

Great service

I needed a replacement SATA drive for my Nas and Mwave had it at a good price. What impressed me the most is how quickly it's despatched and the fast delivery.

Great price, great service, very happy!

Order was a great price and shipped promptly, as usual! No issues with the RX6600, came completely intact, installed fine, no driver or crashing issues, brothers are happy they can push their games a bit further than their previous nvidia 1650.
