Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I got my husband a watch 3 years ago and, through a mistake when getting the bracelet sized, lost the spring pins to change the metal bracelet to a different strap. I contacted customer service and they essentially accused me of trying to get something free because the watch was out of warranty although I said in the email it was our fault. Now they are saying the pins are out of stock and told me I could have a 20% discount on a new bracelet. The bracelets are $50+. The pins are on every metal band that they have. It is impossible to be out of stock! This is the first time I have contacted customer service and I am disappointed in their service. I can get a super cheap metal bracelet on Amazon with the EXACT pins and will just use them. If you think you will ever need customer service this is NOT the company for you.

Easy to byu and fast devivery

Easy to byu and fast devivery. I had a problem with the recived watch. It was so Easy. I recived a a pre paid return note. They send a new watch and i return the Broken watch.
Took less than three days. I cant higly rekomend Them.

I bought the Chrono Ceramic watch for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. The bracelet was tight on him so on January 1, 2022, I sent a request for two extra links. That was Customer Query [ref:_00D6g4ZSem._5004V1Buit9:ref].

A CSR named Bianca said they would arrive in mid-February, but that did not happen. After following up, I was told they would arrive in mid-April, but that did not happen either. In late May, I still had yet to receive them. Additionally, no one had reached out with a timing update. I was offered a $10 refund, which I did not accept. I simply wanted the two white links so my gift could stop collecting dust and start being utilized.

I am a first-time customer of MVMT. My boyfriend and I love the watch and had planned to order more products, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. He had the item for five months and was unable to wear it.

No one is to blame for supply chain issues, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. I had sent several follow up notes from my personal address that went unanswered, so on May 25, 2022, I tried again from my work account.

Thankfully, a very kind CSR named Gaile responded AND took action promptly. Within two days, the two extra links were in my mailbox. I am grateful to Gaile for her OUTSTANDING service and wish I could submit two separate ratings. She would get 5 stars, while Biana would get 1 start, if that. I am giving an overall rating of 2 stars given the experience described above, but hope Gaile will get credit for turning a negative situation into a positive.

Superb Customer Care over and above expectation

My USA resident son purchased a MVMT watch as a gift for me and had it delivered to me here in the United Kingdom.
The watch is a delight- good looking, unobtrusive, and sits comfortably on the wrist.
I was disappointed when it suddenly stopped working and contacted customer care to enquire regarding a replacement battery. I was put in touch with Kristine who immediately offered to replace my watch gratis. All I needed to do was to return the my existing watch to MVMT using their returns label and a new watch would be sent to my son in New Jersey. I contacted Kristine to point out I was here in the UK and wondered whether her returns label would work from here. Kristine responded immediately to say she would arrange for a replacement watch to be sent to me here in the UK and I could either keep or discard my faulty one. This is service that goes way above what I had expected and marks MVMT out in my mind as a company who really care for their customers and for sure I will not hesitate to use them again. Fantastic customer care, thank you once again.

Order never got here

Order never got here. Terrible customer service. Who knows where my sunglasses are? Maybe someday they will return my money. Maybe someday they will be able to handle shipping logistics.

I really like MVMT watches and hadn't…

I really like MVMT watches and hadn't had any trouble until my most recent purchase.
I requested a refund and had to send over 30 emails for its support team to adequately solve my problem since they did not know how to create an effective return ticket from my country to clear customs.

I’m absolutely in love with my MVMT…

I’m absolutely in love with my MVMT watch. I got a gold, mesh band and it was bit loose. I reached out to MVMT’s customer service online and they got back to me within an hour with a video of how I can adjust the size myself and it was SO EASY! Best customer service experience I think I’ve ever had and really impressed with the quality of the product for the price. Love you, MVMT!

Laura’s The Best

So…the ineptness of USPS delayed my delivery to the point I thought I would not receive it. Contacted MVMT via email. Laura responded. I normally applaud almost any response I get from online companies because they usually are hard to come by. My interaction with Laura was thoughtful and professional. She promised that if the item did not show up within a week (she has seen this before) they would make it right. The next day the item appeared in my box…something the USPS claimed they did four days prior.

It was a small interaction but if you need a personal embodiment customer svc…take a look at Laura!!!

Great Customer Service

I ordered a gold link watch and was concerned it was too small. I reached out to Laura with customer service and immediately was met with a friendly and positive response. They notified me that if I was unable to find the extra links they provide that they would send me new ones. After further inspection I ended up finding them. I appreciated that they followed up a day later after not hearing a response. Thanks!

Very poor quality straps

Very poor quality straps. Bought a watch for my partner less than 6 months ago and the strap is already starting to fray. We spoke to the support staff who said that straps aren’t covered by their guarantee due to wear and tear. Completely understand general wear and tear after a few years, but after only 6 months you would think that this is definitely a quality issue. We spoke to support staff who kindly offered a discount to purchase a new strap, however due to the fact the strap in question was on sale the discount code was not valid and were told to effectively suck it up and purchase the strap on sale. Very disappointing customer service and not good value at all.

Cool brand, not much behind it

Cool brand, not much behind it

The products look good and they've got all the "look" of a cool brand with customer service agents who over-enthusiastically use exclamation marks and overzealously thank you for getting in touch.

That said, there's nothing behind it but very average quality products for the price and unmoving / poor levels of customer service. My watch strap started to fray after about 5 months of infrequent use. They told me that was "standard" (so fine, poor quality product, I expected more for a $200 watch but that's my mistake). They then offered a "one off" discount code $25 off a $39 new strap. Which, seemed reasonable... except that the strap that I wanted was discounted already (by much less than $25) and so the discount code would not apply. Their response was that I could "take advantage of the discount already there" which is laughable.

Anyway, long and short, if you're looking for a mid-range and good quality watch - go elsewhere.

Edit: have since offered me the price difference between the discounted watch strap and the full price one less my discount code, which is really the bare minimum they could do & doesn’t change in any way how disappointed I am as it took so long to get there.

Edit edit: someone more senior in customer service has now offered me a full refund on the watch strap, revising up to 3* given the positive outcome, no more than that as I doubt without this review it would have happened.

Customer service experience

Customer service was wonderful although it took 2 requests to hear back from them. They were able to give me an immediate answer to my watch operating question and their watches are incredible--I have several and have not experienced any problems.

Ticks all the boxes

Bought a Chrono White/Caramel watch from MVMT.

Absolutely thrilled with the order!
- great quality watch.
- reasonable price.
- fast shipping.

And on a side note, I contacted customer support to make an ammendment to my order and they were so pleasant to deal with!

Most frustrating situation ever!!

One of the most frustrating returns/refunds process I have ever dealt with online.

I’m still waiting for my refund and I sent the watches back 5 weeks ago.

In a digital age of e-commerce this is ridiculous. They have confirmed they have received my watches but they only refunded one order instead of both.

I’m still going back and forth with their clueless customer care team.

I won’t be buying from them again.

2 Watches later and still does not work

My wife bought me a MVMT watch for Christmas. It was dead in the box. The company that she purchased from then sent me a second watch with no questions asked. Second watch arrived and one of the dials did not work. I think your money is better spent on another brand.

Quality watches!

I love these products. In the last year, I have purchased 3 ladies watches for myself. The looks are great, quality is incredible and I receive compliments almost weekly and the colors are amazing but most importantly the price is extremely competitive.

Absolutely gorgeous! I love it! (Gold cable chain bracelet with toggle closure).

I got the gold cable chain bracelet with the toggle closure and I LOVE it!

It's beautiful and fits my wrist perfectly. It's a great weight and feels and looks, so good on my wrist.

The packing is really good and you can tell, they put care into packing.

Plus, customer service is wonderful! Every time I wrote them, they answered back and were always so nice and helpful.

Return process is absolutely terrible

I returned my product and it was successfully returned to MVMT on Dec 15th. I emailed customer service and they said if I don't get my money back before Dec 29th, then I should contact them again. It's Dec 30th, and I still have not received my money back.
