Don’t waste your money! There are many other trusted brands with significantly better quality for barely more money with research. I bought a MVMT watch with the general understanding that it was more of a fashion brand watch, but given the price point thought it would be a slight upgrade in quality. Nope! I got the Rise Mini in Gold/Silver and on the 3rd wear I noticed a huge scratch on the glass. I only wore it to business meetings so any bumps would have been minor and should not have caused such damage. I emailed customer service and they initially said it wasn’t covered under warranty. After requesting an escalation, they ended up sending me just the glass to have replaced on my own dime. When I received the “glass” I realized how incredibly cheap it is. It’s basically one level above plastic. Totally unacceptable for the price of the watch. I’m glad I bought it during a sale so I’m not out the amount they list as retail. It’s my only solace. It makes me angry to look at it. I feel duped. I’m going to donate it to Goodwill, along with the replacement glass, because it just brings bad vibes into my life. I ended up buying a gorgeous Corso, Eco-Drive watch from Citizen which was barely more money with a coupon. Model EW2299-50A, in case you want to look it up. The quality is fantastic and representative of the price paid. Plus, I was able to have it sized during the order and it fit perfectly when it arrived. MVMT has highly-targeted and well-styled marketing, but it’s just lipstick on a pig.

The quality of the watches is appalling now! I had a MVMT watch bought back in like 2017 for a few years which was decent quality and had no issues, I lost it so decided to get a new one from them a few months ago. The watch sent this time was terrible quality, looked so cheap. But what was even worse was the return process, I have returned it immediately using their returns portal, but it got held at customs for months because MVMT refused to accept it from DHL. Their customer service kept saying they are looking into it and will get back to me in 2-3 days, and each time I had to follow up only to get another automatic message. ended up having to go through my credit card provider to resolve the issue. Avoid at all cost!

Metal hour lines suddenly fell off, shaking throughout the watch. I have been a part-time jeweler for a decade. Next thing I know, the mineral (not sapphire), shatters.
No recourse except 20% off next order, which means nothing when I can get 15% off for signing up with another email not to mention, after Movado bought MVMT, their prices doubled.
Customer service was unprecedented as lack of care or continuing purchasing.
WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO MOVE ON TO A MOVADO AND SPEND THE EXTRA CASH.

I have a tray full of beautiful expensive watches and now I only want to wear my White Coronado. I just adore it! Very comfortable.

I also bought the tortoise Trap sunglasses. The quality feels wonderful and they are beautiful. Love the weight and feel and very sad to return them because they are just not oversized enough for me.

Did not allow a cancellation of an order even when it was submitted immediately. Poor service. Do not recommend

Dont buy one of these MVMT watches. They look good online, but zero support or parts are available after purchase. However, guess what they will offer you a 20% discount code for your next watch! Yea, right!!

Ordered 2 watches now as they are nice watches. First one is ok but the battery needed replacing almost immediately. The second one has water damage just from being in a little bit of rain. Contacted customer service who refused to help.

I placed an order for a watch. Somehow, the shipping address for my watch was changed from my address to an odd street in my town i have never heard of and no house number. Odd because my billing address was correct. When i reached out to the company they told me this was a "glitch in their system, that happens sometimes" and there was nothing they could to correct the shipping address and to contact UPS. I contacted UPS as they advised and UPS advised me that the package was restricted so only the sender could update the shipping information. I sent this information back to mvmt watches and they told me there was nothing they could do, they couldn't change the address and again to work it out with USPS. Now I have requested a refund as they have admitted to glitch on their end sending my watch to a nonexistent address and they will not provide as the delivery has not failed. The delivery is impossible, the address does not exist.

I recently purchased the cloud break watch from the series for my boyfriend and he loves it. Thanks so much MVMT I was so stressed on what to get.

Really liked the mvmt watch originally it looked good for being an inexpensive watch. It was actually one of my favorite watches….then the battery died, which normally no big deal…I bought a new battery, put the battery in but when attempting to put the back of the watch back together, it would not snap together for the life of me. I tried numerous times. I let other try but to no avail. Eventually upon trying and trying, the watch broke and not from excessive force of trying to put back together. It just simple fell apart. You truly get what you pay for. I likely will not buy or recommend mvmt any longer.

Ordered watch 3/9 supposed to receive 3/16. Been in my state since 3/11 and it's 3/26 and I haven't received. I'm pissed. Needed it as a gift. They offered to ship another. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks and HOPE to get one? No offer to do anything for my inconvenience, or anything. Just "So sorry we will send you another but make sure to let us know when the 1st one is delivered so you can return it." GOH and give me my $330.00 back.

I bought a Boulevard MVMT timepiece as it had all the features I wanted, but unfortunately there was a problem with the case. As an international customer, I was prepared to count my losses but was convinced to contact their customer service, and I am so grateful that I did. Every representative I spoke to was cordial, kind, and professional. They all responded in a timely manner.

First, I was given a detailed sequence to reset the case. As the reset was unfortunately not successful, I was asked to provide some information. After this, MVMT made a replacement request, and I was kept updated on its status. I was provided with instructions on the band removal and received the replacement within four days of MVMT sending it.

Usually customer service gets a bad rap, but my experience proves this is not the case with MVMT. I will definitely patronize their business in the future. So if you are wondering if MVMT has impeccable customer service, they do.

With respect to the product - It has a high-quality feel and is not at all flimsy. It really is a beautiful and classy timepiece.

I've loved this brand for years now. Recently one of my favorite, stylish watches broke. This watch traveled around the globe with me over the summer, I received compliments on it everywhere I went!

I tried replacing the battery to no avail. I contacted MVMTs customer service about it. Unfortunately my watch had JUST expired outside of the 2 year warranty issued by them.

Laura, the customer service rep I spoke with, was kind enough to send me a new watch case (working watch minus the band) for me to use and swap out.

Brands like this who take care of their customers, even when it puts them at a loss are built to go the distance in my opinion. I'll always recommend purchasing from MVMT because of this experience.

Recently ordered the Havoc Chrono watch. for some odd reason, it got lost in transit. Reached out to MVMT support and they were willing to help. I submitted my claim after a week of asking my neighbors if they came across it or if it was delivered to another unit by mistake. Nothing came came up. MVMT owned up to their commitment and re-shipped the watch. It arrived via UPS a couple days later. I'm not just impressed with the quality of the watches. I am also impressed with the customer service support. Thank you MVMT for making this experience outstanding.

I’ve owned 3 MVMT watches and have loved them. Had an issue with the latch on the newest watch and without hesitation, they sent me a new one. They were very responsive, respectful and fast. Thank you!

Having received a watch from MVMT which I was very excited about I was disappointed to find out that the movement of the watch wasn’t in sync with the 12 3 6 9 reference points in the face of the watch. The timer on the watch was also not pointing towards the 12 reference point like it should’ve been. I also came to find out recently that the movement of the watch was also moving to fast. I went to check the time today and saw that my watch was 15 minutes faster than the time on my phone. Huge mistakes for a watch company to make and very disappointing. I won’t be purchasing another watch from MVMT and HIGHLY recommend no one else does either. The only good thing about this watch was that it looked nice but what’s the point of that if it doesn’t work

Have bought a few watches from them in the past and no issues. Bought a watch in November, and looked nothing like online, companies response, they use CGI images not real world. Tried to send watch back, after driving 60 mile round trip to find a post office that would take it. Eventually free return using their return label and 14 days later no refund and the watch ah as ended up back at my house with a note saying the incorrect label.

Would not buy from them again as I am £135 out of pocket as well as having to try and ship again and waste my time with useless customer service agents who don’t help.

Although there was a problem with shipping my original order, when I sent an email that my order had not been received and I communicated what USPS had replied, MVMT Customer Service immediately (day after Christmas) replied that they would ship out my order via UPS.... and they did! Excellent customer service.

I literally came here just to call-out these mfers for disabling TikTok comments because THEY KNOW HOW BAD THEIR QUALITY IS. Like they really thought if people didn't know about their lackluster reputation, people would still buy their bad quality quartz watches or at best, a mechanical with a Seiko (at best) movement? LOL get out of here for real...

I recently bought a watch from MVMT and i want to tell people it is the best watch i have ever owned. It is very accurate and durable. It is very eye appealing as well. Many of my co-workers have asked me about the watch and are very interested in buying one. Thankyou for my watch. These watches would be such a great gift for Christmas. Keep up the great work. Tony
