Very helpful with an exchange that was months over due. Very satisfied!

MVMT customer service is incredible! I have corresponded with Herald and Gerard in regards to a small issue I had with my order and they took care of it quickly and completely! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could :) Thank you MVMT!

This is my experience with the company as a whole.

MVMT lacks customer communication. I never received an email telling me my order has shipped or left the building. I scoured the internet looking for the MVMT support. After finding the link I clicked it and it was just blank. I went to the website and on the bottom the have a spot that says customer support but it is not a link. I googled the phone number and tried to call them only to come to an automated message saying that they work from home etc. I went to use the live chat so I could finally figure out why my order has still not ship and what is going on. I gave SHENG my order info and he said it has already shipped and arrived in my state. He sent me tracking info and it says they are awaiting the item. This is now 9 days after the date of order and I still have not received my shipment now do I know when it will arrive. After asking the gentlemen what the delay was he just kept saying it is up to the post office when it gets delivered. I will update this review if anything changes but I am still clueless as to when my shipment will come or is expected to deliver.

I own 3 of their watches and tried the blue light glasses this year and everything continues to be exactly what I wanted. Their customer service is phenomenal and has offered to replace/expedite/repair items for free if an issue has come up. I’ll stick with MVMT for years to come.

I love my watch but I feel I paid more than what it's worth.

The products MVMT provides are top quality. I have three timepieces over a few years from them, as well as a few purchased as gifts for others. I've never had any problems with the products themselves and the customer service support is among the highest quality I have experienced.

my mvmt clock is beautiful and i love it.

I wasn't really a fan of how the glasses fitted, so I sent them back (purely because I have a bigger head than most). Nonetheless they were a very nice build quality and would recommend to anyone. I wanted to make a point to highlight how exceptional the customer service representatives were for MVMT though, every single time I emailed them questioning the refund process or how it was going, they responded within the hour with such perfect replies. 100% should be thankful for the people they have behind those monitors - very nice people.

Great products at great price points. And above all amazing customer service. This is a great company with great people that are extremely helpful.

What can I say, TOP TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The face on my watch had broken, and even though the watch was outside of its warranty, MVMT still replaced the face with zero cost to me.

This is the kind of customer service I look for, where compassion/human decision can over rule some policies. MVMT definitely has a customer for life in me!

I have to honestly Emphasize how amazing MVMT's customer service is, I had ordered a watch along with an extra band as a gift to a friend, although I went through some bumps with shipping and order confirmation, we managed to get to the end. I ended up not receiving my order, and they sent out a replacement immediately, I received the product and I have to say how pleased I am with it, and how amazing their customer service is.

This is my third purchase from MVMT I cannot recommend the products or the customer service enough. Throughout my dealings with Lynn and other members of the sales team they have been extremely helpful and answered any queries I have had. The watches I have ordered are always of excellent quality. I originally gave a low star review. I was not expecting anything but I was contacted by the company. I was totally blown away by the service I received. Within 48 hours I had a new pair of glasses shipped out to me that were perfect. I understand things happen every now and then and I never reached out to contact them directly. I'm glad they monitor the reviews and the response was nothing short of exceptional! A very happy customer now

I had a problem with shipping my MVMT product, and it was lost in the mail. Within 16 hours of my initial email, Joyce had a replacement sent out. The fastest, most friendly customer service I've EVER experienced!

James and Keisha were very quick, professional and helpful when I lost my order confirmation. I hardly write reviews, but I really love MVMT and I will definitely order again because I feel taken seriously as a consumer. Great job, great product. I had an offer for a discount that was not coming up at checkout and contacted customer service. I sent several emails explaining the discount offer and a credit card issue because of a gift order; 7 to be exact. The response each time was fast and explained clearly how to resolve the issue. I’m looking forward to receiving my watches!
