What I didn't like is false advertising…
What I didn't like is false advertising of this handbag. It is clearly not leather, which is what I thought I was buying. I would never wear this bag, I have since donated it. However when I wrote to complain about the synthetic materials and the false advertising, I was pleasantly surprised at the response. You clearly admitted the bag is not genuine leather and agreed to refund my money.

The bag was described as a Hobo bag
The bag was described as a Hobo bag. However, it is not a Hobo bag as it has a hard bottom. The advertisement led me to believe it was to be shipped in the USA. The notifications were great. For true leather, it is too shiny. The only think I do like is the extra pockets.

Bag is smaller
After receiving my bag I realized it was way to small for my needs. Also, I never received the initial keychain. When I inquired about returning the bag you tried to offer me a partial credit to return the bag. I did not feel this was right, said something and then you refunded me the total amount as well as telling me to keep the bag . Although, that is excellent customer service, I only wanted to return the bag.i do appreciate allowing me to keep the bag and will regift it to my granddaughter
