Great service, great fit. Was worried about delivery. Got it in a timely matter. Going to order more soon.

I did my research when needing glasses again and found that MuukalOptical was again the retailer I wanted to work with.
*Largest choice of frames
*Largest open selections. (I was interested in finding an option for driving.
*Price. I received 4 pair of glasses for less than I the price of one pair at Costco.
*Accuracy. Each pair is exactly as ordered, perfect in prescription.
*I received them in about a week.
I’ll be doing business with this company again!

I like the choices as frames. As someone with high prescription, finding pretty frames for my needs is hard. And the deal on them is amazing. I got 3 pairs under $300. I am verry happy. I have 3 different pretty designs to wear or have for backup. It is scary not having backup with my vision level.

Its lenses are not the right rx!! They make me feel nauseous when wearing, a total waste of money

The cheapest glasses I ever seen first week the arm is broken.
The next pair the lens popped out. They refused to replace them with a stronger frame even after I paid them extra to do so I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they have the cheapest glasses they do not last at all.

I can not see out of any of the glasses, I need to return all 3 pair and do not know how to do that, so I would like some direction. Order # 12604255893

The glasses are great! Perfect prescription and well made. The price can’t be beat. They came in nice hard cases and had a repair kit and cleaning cloths. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I was really skeptical about by glasses online, before I would spend $500+ for glasses here in NYC. But I was in between jobs and had limited money. So I saved $129 got a free eyeglasses prescription and got 3 glasses from Muukal (2 regular glasses and 1 shades). It took about 2 weeks for my glasses to come (1 week to make them, another to travel overseas to their warehouse in Texas then to my house). I put on the glasses and was impressed by the quality of all 3 lenses. I will never buy in store glasses again. Thanks Muukal.

I loved this company at first I have had many orders, but they are all breaking in some way. My last order two snapped in two weeks Iv contacted the company many times no response at all.
The cream pair arm dropped off, they did send me similar one but plain glass ( I’m blind as a bat ) no good to me I sent msgs re thus no response again.
It’s a shame but the last order final straw. I have pictures of all broken frames there’s 6 but not sure how to upload them.

My glasses arrived late and shattered When I tried reaching out for a refund or a replacement I was told I have to change my review if I wanted to get my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. they are unprofessional and unreasonable not to mention threatening and completely useless!!

I have purchased several pairs of glasses within this last year and i have to say 3 pairs of the 6 have a frame that has broken. So disappointed!!!

I have no questions!! Glasses should last longer than 7 months. You have remade 1 pair of glasses that broke in the past, the repaired ones are one of the ones that are broken again

Loved my glasses! Prescriptions were correct! They were cute and exactly as expected. They aren't top quality but seemed to be made well. Way better price than at optometrist office. I'll order again.
