Renee, my mortgage representative from MOO, was awesome in assisting us with the reverse mortgage process. Our situation was very unique since I was doing this on behalf of my mother. Renee did a great job explaining everything and provided details of the process. I wish I had done a reverse mortgage sooner, because it would have saved us thousands of dollars over the past 5 years of caring for my mother's affairs.

Greg Doyle was fantastic. But someone or automated system emailed me to do a bunch of unnecessary regular mortgage paperwork, and it seemed to slow everything down.
