I would like to begin by registering my positive experience with the service provided by Ivy. Throughout our contact, she demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, cordiality, and a genuine commitment to helping, qualities that deserve recognition. I sincerely appreciate her dedication.

That said, I also consider it important to share constructive observations about the application, mainly because I consider myself an opinion leader, with frequent use and a critical eye focused on the product's evolution.

In a previous contact, I presented a proposal to allow the purchase of extra credits for existing contracted accounts, an idea that was well received, but without a formal thank you or clear position. This is a simple, yet strategic feature that would avoid operational obstacles and significantly improve the user experience.

In the same context, due to limitations in payment methods, a simple renewal ended up becoming an unnecessary problem, which reinforces the importance of more flexible solutions for recurring users.

From a technical point of view, I faced difficulties, mainly with the tool for replace lyrics. Although it initially fulfills its function, a few seconds later it begins to exhibit phonetic errors, omitted letters, and alterations that compromise the final result, requiring constant rework.

Another relevant point concerns vocal references. I consider it important to expand the use of older voices. I am almost 62 years old, and my musical references are strongly linked to rock bands and their variations from the late 60s and throughout the 70s. This diversity of age and aesthetics would certainly enrich the product even further.

Despite the criticisms, I want to emphasize that I believe in Musicful. It's a product I insist on liking precisely because I see potential, innovation, and a clear space for maturation. My feedback stems from this genuine interest in seeing the tool evolve.

Finally, I reiterate my gratitude to Ivy for the excellent service and I am available to contribute with suggestions whenever I deem it appropriate.

had written over 10 years ago, very meaningful to me, and Musicful put a voice and music to my songs!!

It has everything you need to create quality music. I gave it 5 stars because it didn't disappoint me like others. You can choose voices, instruments, lyrics. It's superb. However, one minus. Sometimes that clarity disappears. Rarely, but it still happens.
