Almost 2 years ago they took an electric organ to sell for us at a price of about £2000. A variety of excuses later and they don't answer the phone or reply
to emails. It would seem I made a very big mistake in trusting this firm

Years and years since played an Organ. I used to play at Holiday resorts and endless Clubs for Cabaret and dancing. PX'd a modern keyboard I'd had enough of for a Technics Organ I estimate manufacture at about 1991. Delighted with instrument and the amazingly careful delivery guys. May 2025. Staffordshire.

I wrote to them THREE TIMES, asking about digital pianos. Nothing. No response, they simply ignore me. Extremely rude behaviour.

I am extremely disappointed in the manner i have been treated by Music Direct. I am still owed my funds from the part exchange of my saxophone. £1,000 is yet to be returned. Peter Braid has not answered any of my latest correspondences on this issue. Peter is not in the UK and he won't explain why he sold me a saxophone which was not what he advertised online. I feel totally swindled by Peter. Being so disgusted with my dealings with Music Direct, I would advise others to stay clear if the company is ever operational again.

Unfortunately closed when I called even though the website said open. I went to order a quite expensive ukulele , and the phone lines weren’t working either Currently on the tram to Forsyths in Manchester to order .

I recently bought a violin from Music Direct Limited and I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service that I received.

Brought a guitar from them. Excellent service. Had an issue with a lead and they sent me a replacement without hassle. Definitely recommend.

Spoke to both Peter and the staff , found them to be honest and trustworthy and second too non , highly recommended thank you once again

Purchased my first organ off Peter around thirty years ago and have purchased one a couple of weeks ago.Always found Peter to have a great knowledge of the products in the store and nothing is to much trouble to ensure you are happy with your purchase.Would have no problem recommending Music Direct to anyone wishing to purchase any form of instrument.

Can't recommend Musicdirect highly enough. Both Peter and Andre were most helpful and spent the whole morning with me demonstrating the Yamaha AR-100 organ. They then spent a Sunday delivering it to Devon, and carrying it upstairs. I'm highly delighted with the organ but I know if I had a problem I could ring them for help. Thanks to both of them for all their help.

The item packaging was damaged when I received it. The plastic case for the fender custom shop pickups was broken. Couldn't find the pieces in the box so this may have been sent out with damage already done. As these cost €400 I thought they might have been sent in pristine condition. Such a shame as everything else went smoothly.

Just realised I reviewed the wrong shop...These guys were great...excellent service...delivered to the door after shop had closed. Apologies to Music direct. 5 stars!!!

I bought my first guitar from Music Direct. The expert staff really took the time playing and elaborating on the wide variety of guitars on display so I could choose the one to suit my needs and budget. I bought a wonderful cutaway electro-acoustic with a whiskey barrel gloss finish which is now my pride and joy. They are musicians with a passion for what they do and are always on hand to help with questions or tweaks and repairs to your instrument. They offer exemplary tuition as well and I've come leaps and bounds since going to the shop for regular lessons. I'm so glad I went in and I know you will be too.

Very helpful and knowledgable. Had a set budget for purchase of piano and did not feel pressured to buy (which is not always the case, I have found, in my search for a piano). Having the option to have it delivered was fantastic as this can be quite stressful and costly to arrange for big items. Would definately recommend . My daughter loves her piano. Many thanks.
