Ordered a promotion November 30

Ordered a promotion November 30. The campaign still (Dec 12) hasn't start, I haven't got any streams.
I used their services once before and it worked though, for some reason last month they stopped responding or promoting anything (even though you paid) and I am not the only one with that issue..

Edit: still nothing, its a scam (they were legit before but not anymore)

Order never started

Order never started, worst experience. It says order failed on my account and the streams are 0. I’ve been using them for years and now no response, just stopped. Not happy customer at the moment.

Such a great experience

Such a great experience. Helped me with getting my music heard my more people and i will definitely use them for my next release.

Using a bunch of promotional services

Using a bunch of promotional services. The best of them were giving my music an average of 1k streams a day. Yours took a whole week to get that 1k. Not worth the money spent. I trust you are going to hold my music up for an additional week as promised. That is the only reason I left my tracks on for the additional week. Thank you for your service.
