My experience with Musicbud.ai was awful
My experience with Musicbud.ai was, without exaggeration, one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
From the outset, the platform aggressively burned through my paid credits on completely unsolicited, irrelevant, and often inappropriate outputs, including content with sexual innuendos that I never requested and would never authorize in my work. This was not a minor glitch, it was a complete failure of the service I paid for.
What followed was even more concerning. Over the course of several weeks, I made repeated, good-faith attempts to reach someone, anyone, capable of resolving the issue. Those efforts were met with silence, deflection, or no meaningful assistance whatsoever. When I attempted to cancel, I encountered a process that was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming, raising serious concerns about whether the system is intentionally designed to discourage cancellation and continue billing.
At that point, I had no reasonable alternative but to dispute the charges with my credit card company for services that were not delivered as represented.
Even after all of this, Musicbud.ai refused to take responsibility, declining to restore the credits that were consumed through no fault of my own.
This experience reflects a troubling pattern: misuse of customer credits, ineffective or inaccessible support, and barriers to cancellation. I strongly urge anyone considering this service to proceed with extreme caution.
I will be sharing this experience broadly so others can make an informed decision before spending their money.
