Wish I could give zero stars. Not sure why I bother posting since their website says it no longer exists. Bought a music box in early November. Was stuck in china and they said they would send another. Apparently they never did. I reached out again via email and it said no one is monitoring that email anymore. Seriously?!! I can’t even get a refund.
I ordered two music boxes a month ago and have received no shipping updates at all. I am forwarded to a website in Chinese that shows no status whatsoever. I have attempted to contact the company on 4 separate occasions and they have not responded once. This company is a joke. The primary email listed doesn’t even work, and evidently their support email is not checked.
I received my music box on time, customer support was very friendly throughout and I just LOVE the "you are my sunshine" music box I ordered. Clear tune and nostalgia all over my bedroom ❤
Just wanted to share my experience with them. Received my 3 music boxes on time (2 for my children and one for my mom), beautiful! They all loved it, and it made for a great family bonding experience
I bought a music box in late November/early December and not until this month did the tracking say it was returned to sender. I reached out to the company and they said they had already known and sent a replacement in December. However, they never updated me or gave me the new tracking number. According to the new tracking number that they didn’t give me until I contacted them, my package was delivered mid December. I never got it and I wasn’t even able to look out for it or ask my post office about it because I didn’t have the tracking number. When I told the company that I never got it and the post office didn’t know where it was because it was a month ago, they stopped replying. Their website says they refund or replace parcels lost in transit but this is not the case. DO NOT BUY unless you are 100% sure you will get your package or 100% okay with losing your money.
