Been a subscriber since 2017 and felt like $840 was a bit much. Tried to cancel my renewal and their website wouldn't allow it. I forgot to follow up and saw $840 auto renewal payment a month later. On the same day I tried to cancel the payment and get a refund via email and they flat out refused to cancel and refund! Do not use musicbed!

Terribly useless customer service. Puts a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be recommending music bed to anyone anymore. Scam service . Locks you in for a year with no trial time offered, emailed customer service and they were closed for the weekend, when they got back to me, they said there’s nothing they can do. There’s a difference between not being able to do something and unwilling to do something. So many other music services available nowadays. I hope music bed goes out of business for their shady scammy practices.
