Bought tickets for the Pantheon. Followed all instructions. Got the the entrance at the time and the tickets were invalid. Requested a refund as we had to buy new tickets at the Pantheon. MuseumDeals then blamed us for not completing a step, we had proof that we did. Then they said, well they were good tickets so you don't get a refund.
The website looks great and professional but I didn‘t receive the tickets I bought shortly after I paid (I had to contact the customer service. Apparently they sent it but I didn’t receive it. Nor in my regular or spam folder). Furthermore I was referred to their website on Google Maps as "Official Website" of the sight I wanted to visit. I don’t know if this is a mistake on purpose or by human/machine error. Checking on Google Maps about the business address you cannot find a serious looking location under the address (blurred house). Therefore I cannot fully recommend the website.
