Thank you for your feedback.

When you initially subscribed, the plan was clearly set as a 12-month billing membership, with automatic renewal.

A email reminder was also sent two weeks prior to the renewal date.

After the renewal, you contacted us to cancel, and we processed your request and issued a full refund straight away.

We take customer experience seriously and always aim to be fair and supportive, so if anything ever feels unclear, we’re here to help.

Was super helpful

Was super helpful, I was able to find a space know how much it was to rent from get go and location of the salon. I was able to find a place quite quickly from this website

Museavenue sent me 500+ emails for the…

Museavenue sent me 500+ emails for the same listing recently which would not stop , even tried unsubscribing, but emails kept coming.
I tried contacting by email, but no answer and there is no phone number to call anyone.
My email account was disabled by Apple and now i cannot use my email.
Keep away from this company!!

As soon as you reached out, we responded directly by email and SMS, resolved the issue, and permanently deleted your account and listing as you requested.

This was an isolated incident, and we’ve since implemented extra safeguards to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Save your money

I signed up and paid $99 a month and honestly it’s been a complete waste of time. I run a beautiful salon on a busy main road and was hoping this would be a good way to connect with people, but I’ve had no luck at all. Every time I go to cancel my subscription, suddenly 2 or 3 people “inquire” about the salon. We chat back and forth like normal, set up a time for them to come see the space, and then they all completely ghost me. No show, No response, absolutely nothing. It feels like a con job designed to keep you paying the $99 each month.

So helpful!

This site made finding a workspace in Melbourne so easy. Moving from interstate was tricky, but it had loads of options and kept me updated regularly, which made the whole process way more stress free. I’ve now found the perfect place to freelance from thank you! 🙏🏼

MuseAvenue has already helped our salon to find multiple rent-a-chair hairdressers. Raphael has personally met with both my staff and I to discuss our thoughts on the platform and to plan how MuseAvenue can become increasingly useful in managing (and not just connecting) the rent-a-chair relationship between salons and stylists.
