No explanation about the defect of the goods
The customer service is fine, considering it was over the busiest period of year.
I placed the order with the intention to support local Danish businesses. Unfortunately the goods that I received was defect which was very disappointing and shocking , after long waiting.
I contacted the company to refund my purchase . They sent me a link to create a returning label .
since I heard nothing from muscle pain regarding my retuning of my goods, I contacted the courier to allocate my package . I was told somehow the goods has Unfortunately gone missing after I submitted to the package collection point .
As soon as the customer service from Bring ( the courier) instructed how to claim the payment back ,the muscle pain refunded the money immediately.
Unfortunately I have never experienced the product to give any review of the product

We appreciate your feedback and are, of course, sorry that there was an issue with your shipment. However, as you also mentioned, the package was unfortunately lost by the courier before it ever reached our warehouse.
Normally, our return process is automated - when a return arrives, our warehouse team inspects the package, approves it, and then the refund is processed. Since we never actually received the return due to the courier's mistake, this step didn't happen. Despite this, we still refunded you as soon as you reached out and provided details from Bring regarding the missing package.
Given that we responded promptly and issued the refund immediately, despite not having received the package, we hope you might consider reconsidering your 2-star rating, as we believe we handled the situation as fairly and quickly as possible under the circumstances.

Great service and product
I got a musclepain pro for Christmas which unfortunately was not working. I contacted the office and after a short round of documenting the issue, Sandra sent me a new (functioning) one. No fuss! Great product and great service.

I get a ton of request to fill in these TP reviews, maybe i buy to much from different suppliers both to my company and as private, nevertheless I rarely answer these TP request.
This one here is for fast service and the fact that this foot massage machine is just fantastic. Improves circulation in the feet and does what it promises. Actually I just bought 1 for my mom for Christmas present.

About the attachment, write to us private, then we will ofc sent you a new product. But sometimes the attachment just need an extra push, because it should not, under any circumstances spit it out
