Great product Muscle Mat!

I have used Muscle Mat mattress topper for years; it is an amazing product and makes sleeping a lot more comfortable. I have ordered another mattress topper and also the Relax mat, and cant wait for them to arrive ! The customer service is incredible and so quick, Avalon was so lovely and responsive. I love when Australian companies excel at their business and have great service, I love to support local, and Muscle Mat makes it so easy !

THE BEST quality rug I have ever owned. You truly get what you see and pay for online. The rug is so soft that we use it to play with our 6-month old while she learns to hit her developmental milestones. I can tell you I will continue to buy from this company. Great communication with the customer as well.

I loved this mat until I realized how it is not stain resistant and traps hair and dust. I find myself having to vacuum it daily, and it's impossible to clean. As a busy mom, this just adds more on my to do list. To the trash it goes

Has anyone else recently brought a muscle Matt and then got diagnosed with scabies

It is not stain resistant or spill resistant. Big scam. Don’t waste your money. Get one from Kmart for way cheaper. If you carpet shampoo the mat it takes the material off the mat. They tell you to get it professionally cleaned as it’s not stain resistant. Customer service was just horrible !

I purchased the new style Designer Relax Mat - 35mm Thick Foam Base back in February this year and the cover has stretched and is now loose on the foam. I have contacted the company to express my displeasure but no response. Poor quality product and bad customer service!

Just buy one now. Don't even second guess it.
I have the 6×10 shaggy muscle mat and all my friends want to come over to sit on the floor with me. It looks amazing and is the most comfy thing in my place! My dog loves it, too!

Ordered the mattress topper and what arrived was a glorified doona. In fact, it is thinner than my actual quilt! Unsealed it and let it inflate for 2 days, nothing happened so I gather it is mean to be 2cm thick, not the advertised 10! Can't return it as I cantvacuume seal it back into package. Using it as a doona now. Definitely not as advertised. Very disappointing. Worst sleep ever.

I ordered the luxury mattress topper. The product supplied is nothing like what is claimed on their website.
They say 10cm of plush thickness, it's nothing more than laying on a very thin duvet. Upon contacting customer service I was offered a store credit. I only wanted a mattress topper, they have 1 in their range which is terrible. All other items on their website have no appeal. They have 1 pillow in their range or a couple of mats with absolutely no style. Do not waste your money with this company or the so claimed luxury mattress topper. Save your money or spend it elsewhere.

I have just purchased a muscle mat topper and Doona and want to say they are absolutely amazing the topper is like sleeping 😴 on a cloud and the Doona is so snuggly and fits the bed exactly 💯 no bunching and looks so good on the bed so incredibly happy with both my purchases thank you Carolynne for your amazing service and products 😊😊😊😊😊

Ordered a mat under a preorder pretences, Before the item was delivered all stock went on sale and asked if they could honour the sale price out of good faith.
Immediately refused and told me I’m lucky to have got my stock before it sold out before the sale.

I received my Muscle Mat yesterday and I'm already impressed! It's incredibly soft, comfortable, and feels very well made. The quality is excellent, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into the product.

I've only had it for a day, but my first impressions are fantastic. It's easy to use, feels relaxing, and is definitely worth the money. The customer service has been amazing too, with Carolynne going above and beyond to answer questions and make the whole experience a positive one.

Highly recommend to anyone considering a Muscle Mat. Thank you, Carolynne, for your wonderful customer service!

Wonderful toppers and the customer service is top notch!

The mat was not the colour I ordered. Its a murky blue colour not charcoal. Its an eye sore. I contacted them via email and they said to leave it for another two weeks. I dont know why because its not going to magically change colour. I said it wasn't good enough and then they sent a photo of the coloured mat which contradicts the actual colour advertise. There are several different photos on website that are not the colour of the mat. They want me to send back a 2 by 3 meter mat within 14 days of the email I received yesterday. I dont know how I am going to manage that. It also is going to cost me a lot of money. I basically have thrown away $300 for the most ugliest mat. I feel totally deceived by their advertising. Would not recommend buying one of these online. The colours are not what is on the website.
