Amazing experience whether you’re making an online order or going into their main store in Tega Cay. Heres my experience:
Placed an order, they supposedly shipped it, and then it got returned before reaching me, without notifying me. I had to check the tracking number.
Contacted the company, they made some dumb excuse about the lable being wet.
They did not resend it.
They did not refund me.
The communication was terrible and full of lies.
I ended up getting the money back from my bank, several months later.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
