The sneakers were of low quality
The sneakers were of low quality, and I didn't like the material either. I wanted to return them, but they wouldn't answer my emails, which was a problem. They didn't refund me; I had to call the bank to get my money back, and it was a nightmare. They were low quality. In short, don't buy them.

I ordered boots in February that arrived about 1 month later. They were the worst quality, also no labels to indicate sizing or anything. I ordered a 12 wide and what I received was around a 10.
There return policy is horrible and cost me $20 to send them back. Despite having tracking from USPS saying they were returned and received I’ve gotten a completely horrible response. Every Email is met with the same AI generated response no matter what you ask for. There is no customer service phone number to try.
It’s now mid April and I’m about to give up on getting my money back.

Arrived in a plastic shipping bag (no box, no tags, no product literature)
Sizing was too tight for me and quality not what I was looking for.
Return process difficult.
I paid $12.50 to ship back with tracking.
At least a dozen emails seeking refund.
Canned response to see if I wanted a larger size.
Continued emails seeking refund.
Canned responses continued.
Filed claim with my card company.
Refund notification acknowledged same day after weeks of trying.
Coincidence?
It was disappointing and time consuming plus I lost the $12.50 since no return shipping is offered.
My advice:
Buyer Beware … know all the fine print before purchasing on any Social Media platform.
Know how your bank or credit card deals with purchases gone poorly.
Where possible skip the Internet and Shop local.
Involve your bank/ credit card at first sign of trouble.
I do give Musabela credit for the lesson learned and will steer clear of most Social Media ads unless it is a recognized name with clear shopper friendly terms.
No refund
I purchased shoes,didn't like them and returned them as instructed. Since then after numerous contacts back and forth,I still have not gotten a refund!!! I gave them ample proof of the return including the postal receipt,and now no response,no refund!!!
Zero Customer Service!
I ordered a pair of shoes from Musabela over two months ago and never received them because they were sent to the wrong address. I have emailed them numerous times, only to get automated responses asking me to return the shoes I never received! No one from customer service has contacted me by email or by phone, even though I have provided my email address and cell phone number in each email. My requests for their phone number have been ignored, and their "responses" to my emails have been generic and auto-generated. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service and their unwillingness to resolve this issue!

Shoes didn’t come as quick as they said they were. Shoes were too small and hurt so much trying to walk in them. In no way are they orthotic. Run!!! Well in other shoes that is…. These are horrible!

I ordered shoes in mid February and paid for rush shipping within 12 days. I didn't receive the shoes until the end of March! Of course they didn't fit. I have gotten no response from the company on how to get a refund after several emails to their support address. I guess I can kiss the $70 goodbye.

I received my 1st order of Musabela shoes 2 weeks ago and they sent a pair of shoes that was two sizes too big. They have no phone number to call and they keep on giving me a runaround. My complaint follows the line of many reviews I just read. Ordered shoes, didn't fit, so they were returned. Still no refund or $111.92 but lots of automated emails repeating the same information. The phone number listed as a contact number is out of service. Wish I had done more research on the company prior to my order. Very upset a company abuses their customers in the manner.

I've never received my Orthopeditric shoes. No response from them I paid with my Visa and went through But not received any info where or what is happening so I want my payment back through my bank.

They need to change their website to Chinese . These products should not be shipped to the US and their website is extremely misleading. If we ever receive the shoes I’ll let you know. So far over a month with NO delivery!!!

Multiple issues..
Multiple issues... I would stay away! Extremely poor customer service and return assistance.
1- Shoes were not wide/roomy as described
2- I contacted them via email (no phone # exists to call!) the day i got them to set up a return. They sent back an email stating they would get back to me within 24 hours. It took a week.
3- When they got back to me, they sent a sketchy return address and no return postage sticker and no mention of a refund.
4- So rather than paying the postage to return it and likely getting no refund back from them, I am donating the shoes. STAY AWAY!!

product ok,not great.Customer service terrible. shoes in two separate orders did not fit...the sizing apparently runs small with company. Multiple attempts to have them exchange received no action other than to say they were reviewing my request. I have finally given up on ever receiving a satifactory exchange and have now requested a refund....wish me luck!
Returns are Impossible
I have been trying to return several pairs of shoes for over a month. All they do is ask if I want to exchange for a different size. I sent a new email and they came back with the same message. I tried several times. It takes about a week to get the same message.
I would never recommend them. This is by far one of the worst online experiences I have ever had.

Horrible company. Right after I ordered them, I tried to cancel them because I saw all of the reviews. There was nobody to get in contact with by calling or by email it took weeks upon weeks to get them. They were so big that it was impossible to wear them.

BEWARE!!!! If I could I’d give it a zero stars. They are a scam. Right after I placed an order, I emailed/messaged the company few times to cancel my order. They said they received my request and will take care of it within 24th. I kept emailing and following up and they kept replying to me with an automated message asking if I want to order different size. Countless emails later every single email was replied to with the same automated message and no action was taken. Few days after that I got an email that order was sent out and will take 10-14 days to deliver. These people lie about everything. Save yourself time and stress and don’t order from them.

The customer service number listed with the better business bureau as their contact does not accept inbound calls. Shoes shipped from China on freighter ~3weeks. DO NOT BUY MUSABELA if you need orthotics. They do not qualify as orthotic shoes.they are not an accredited company with BBB. They have an F rating. 44 complaints. 44 unanswered by musabella. Sham company from China under American banner.
