I was really saddened to see how low the reviews are on Trustpilot! I got my vaccinations here and my experience was faultless. I looked at trustpilot before I went in and it almost put me off getting my vaccines here (thank god it didn’t). The team were lovely, professional and efficient. Their Google reviews are far more reflective of the service they provide - excellent.

Repeated issues with ordering and delivering. GP sends prescription to them, there is an update that the pharmacy have received the prescription but then fail to order the medication. I have spent hours of my time going in advance, prepping them that the prescription is due, watching them order it and still when I arrive to pick it up I get told they sent it back!! I have to wait another 24hrs and return. There is no appreciation for the need for medication with several occurrences of my children having delayed access to care. There is also a complete disregard for the fact that people work full time. I feel like charging them by the hour for the number of hours of work I've missed dealing with their incompetence at putting in an order and retaining a delivery. Please avoid if you can!

What a waste of space, a note was left saying that my item needed to be signed for so to phone to rearrange delivery for £3.50. why I needed to sign is beyond me as i've not has to sign before...looking at alternative pharmacy and hope this place ceases to operate.

Waited 6 days from ordering on line to then discover that they had left another person’s prescription on my doorstep!

Murrys pharmacy is simple the best well kept place all staff are polite and friendly well mannered 2 thumbs up 👍👍

The service is terrible there is always only one on the counter serving so u wait 20 mins to be served only to wait another 20 to 30 mins waiting for the prescription

This pharmacy is absolutely useless. Prescription sent to this business a week ago and still not actioned when my husband goes to collect and has to sit and wait while they deal with it. Why order online when they don't do their job. They need to look at their service which is almost none existant. The staff need training in good customer service because they have no idea how to do the job.

Unfortunately only one person serving on the till in this very busy pharmacy
Help is required.....always have to wait AT LEAST , an hour on each visit, even though order may have been put through over a week ago...

Would give no stars if I could!!! Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy!!! Told prescription was ready, go to pick it up only to be told they know nothing about it, didn’t care that it was very important medication!!! incompetence at its finest

Would give no stars if possible.They have failed to deliver my repeat automatic prescriptions several times, then it's nearly impossible to ask why, as their phone is always 99% engaged, or they don't answer, then when they DO answer, they make out it's my own fault. Dunno how they're still trading.

just been in to collect a script, the customer service is the worse in all the chemist I have ever been in, I had to ask to be served as the assistant was talking and hugging a man in front of me, and not doing her job. then she refused to look for my other prescription,

I tried calling several times, but they don't answer calls. By the way, their website is also not working now.

Murray's Henwick Halt why don't you answer the phone,they rarely answer the phone when i call and have even rejected my calls.

Rude, unhelpful staff, long waits, never have medication. Need to retrain staff to how they used to be!

Put an electronic order through 4 days ago came to collect waited 30 mins in a queue to be told another 20 min at least despite ordering in the week. If this was a lone situation I would not have put a complaint review but this system at Worcester Pharmacy Newtown Rd has been consistently slow for years. They don’t seem to be attempting to put anything in place to help speed up their service.

Ludlow Branch, Useless before COVID, Useless during COVID and Useless after COVID. If you need a repeat prescription look elsewhere, they are more interested in selling fragrances than prescriptions. I'm all for saving the high street but I will be ordering online and having my prescription delivered from now on and saving myself the cost of parking just to support this waste of space. I hope they turn it into a cafe or charity shop like the rest of ludlow.

When do you think you will answer the phone again.
Continually engaged or have you taken it off the hook.
When it rings it rings forever then cuts off if your going to offer a service then ensure the service works.
You probably won't have the courtesy to reply.

Absolutely appalling. Can't get through, let alone order a prescription.
Last time probably the worst telephone manner I have ever encountered.

First of all if staff are going to slag a customer off at least make sure the phone is on mute.
My wife heard them moaning about her calling to see if her prescription was ready at the time she was recovering from cancer.!!
More recently staff are very rude, do nothing to help. They must be the worse staff in Ludlow.
Never answer the telephone, and when they do they are abusive to customers.
Prescriptions are put in on a Monday and by Friday your medication is still not available. Not talking about a paracetamol hear, I’m talking about controlled medication.
I thought local pharmacy’s would be glad of the custom in todays unsure climate, but they can obviously afford to loose customer’s.
I will never use this pharmacy again, why would you want to after how they speak to the customers.
Staff are very lazy and don’t take in to account in a rural location with the price of fuel today you don’t need to make multiple trips just to pick a prescription up.
Would give them 0/10 if I could.
