I recently purchased a beautiful made-to-order 3-seater sofa from Murphy’s Home, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

From the moment I placed my order in the Sandyford store, the team was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. As the sofa was made to order, there was a wait of several months, but Murphy’s committed to a delivery timeframe from the outset, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered exactly when they said they would. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that sets clear expectations and follows through on its promises.

A special mention also goes to the customer service team over the phone, who were always helpful and reassuring whenever I had a query.

Finally, a big thank you to Shane E and Martin, who delivered the sofa right on time. They were courteous, efficient, and had everything in place with minimal fuss or mess. The whole delivery process was seamless.

The sofa itself is absolutely beautiful and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. From start to finish, Murphy’s Home made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’ll certainly be purchasing from them again in the future.

As always Michael Murphys New Ross staff were as professional as ever. With help from the staff I ordered a new mattress, paid a deposit. When paying balance I was given numerous dates for delivery all in the mornings with a 2 hour window.
Barry and Arran not only delivered the mattress but brought it to the bedroom and took away the protective plastic also. They were very professional and efficient considering my upstairs is not easy to manoeuvre a king size mattress around.

Great easy buying experience. Good advice from sales Victoria. Very quick delivery from when I paid full amount and delivery men Rory and Paul were on time, communicated that morning and assembled sofa in about ten mins. Great service will buy here again.
