Proper scam!
2 weeks ago I ordered an office chair. However, the product doesn't match the description. The color of the chair is completely different (disgusting). I called the shop immediately and requested reimbursement. The person I spoke with arranged a shipping company to come to my place and pick up the chair. They told me to wait the whole day from 8 am until 6 p.m. and NOBODY showed up!
I called again and they rearranged the date and AGAIN nobody showed up! Now, they are telling me to send it back on my own!!
A package that weighs approx 10 kgs!

It's been an absolute waste of my money, time and energy!!!

Hello, I am still waiting for the delivery of the order of 4 taburetes. I informed Mundo del Taburete that the Customs advised me of a administrative problem. A Mundo del Taburete answered that the problem will be solved within 72 hours… So far no news received about planned delivery day! Very disappointing attitude from Mundo del Taburete.

Quick, no problem delivery. Good quality, looks better than in the picture. Ordered two different sets. A real company in Birmingham. Trustworthy.

Llevo más de un mes para hacer el pedido.
Lo he hecho más de diez veces con distintas tarjetas de crédito y no lo carga por no sé que problema de la fecha; ¿ Con cuatro tarjetas distintas ? De verdad?
Ya veremos la calidad de los taburetes, si llegan.

It took more than a month to order.
I have done it more than ten times with different credit cards and I do not charge it for I do not know what problem of the date; With four different cards? Really?
We will see the quality of the stools, if they arrive.

Arribved on time and easy to assemble. Quality also appears very good

Despite very limited use of the chairs the base-ring (preventing the chair from scraching the floor) was broken due to material fatigue.

I contacted the company in order to buy new base-rings, but surpricingly Mundo del Taburete replied, that they don't sell spare parts. Instead, the company suggested a "replacement" of the original product by patching rubber strips designed to protect the edges of the car door..!? - an very unprofessional "solution" that would never work and meet the original aesthetic level.

Ever heard about disposable bar chairs..? Now you have!

Delay, bad excuse, delay, bad excuse... 2 months late I finally received the chairs.

Disaster - goods did not arrive for 3 weeks - finally found them dumped by the rubbish 5 km from my house.

It was exactly what I wanted and arrived right on time.

Easy to browse website and find what I wanted. Easy to order. Free shipping. Came pretty quickly and delivered with a warning and tracking number. Product quality/price ratio is excellent and assembled fine.

Only minor improvement I can think of is allowing buyer to choose delivery day when ordering or soon after - as I am often not at home to receive.
