The service culture at this organization is admirable. This is the epitome of service. Prompt response to service issues, quick replacement even if it’s customer error!! There’s a skill to setting the lock. I’d recommend a link to a video so all new buyers won’t have issues setting a new code.

Updated review: I don’t know why my emails didn’t get directed to the proper individuals, but I was contacted right away after posting my first review. I’m having an issue with the cable lock, and I have emailed your company twice asking for help from someone in support, but I have not received any reply back! I am very disappointed in your lack of customer service.

The other issue I have with the combo lock is that the numbers are hard to read. There needs to be more contrast between the numbers and the metal.

Fantastic service and product. I contacted support for assistance in using their laptop security lock system and they were quick to respond and very polite and patient in walking me through the setup process to ensure nothing went wrong.

Placed my order on Friday, and received it at my home on the following Tuesday. (Shipped from England to Canada.)

The lock works on the laptop as expected. Far better idea than gluing a lock slot onto the laptop.

The product works as advertised. I would recommend.

Not as tight of a connection as I had thought. Still a great solution for laptops or other devices the have an audio jack port and no Kensington security slot built in.

Looks to be the solution we needed for a new lenovo yoga for college. Took a bit to get here because of Customs slowness on US side. It sat in Chicago post office for a week. I only mention to warn if purchasing for a specific date make sure to leave plenty of shipping time

Great service and fast delivery! I had some problems with the mail provider but it has been solved by Multplx by sending me another lock. The lock itself is very stable and flexible, I don’t need to worry about anything. It is very easy to use, too. All in all I‘m satisfied and would recommend this lock and this website.

Very good product, the Kensington slot on my son's laptop was very flimsy, utilising the audio jack port (does not use it as his headphones are wireless) with the Multplx has now made his machine as secure as it can reasonably be - very pleased with the result.

Lost the key for my laptop lock, so re-ordered a replacement. Was quickly shipped once validated I had a need for the key and was received quickly.

I’m not certain of the security of this adapter. It doesn’t feel all that secure after screwing it into the portal. Hopefully it’s enough of a deterrent.

Excellent service. As I had requested shipment to the Middle East and a delay at the local post service occurred, they suggested to send me another one using a different shipping option method. All out of their own initiative.
