Contacted seller and they quickly sent a new package (with a few extra bolts as some compensation) so good on them. Second package arrived quickly (and properly tracked by RM). As I was replacing the coach bolts and the wheelbarrows I needed something was longer and fit firm on the plastic barrow what goes through to the metal frame plus I need a stainless steel.
I ordered some gate latches 4 weeks ago. I paid £88 for them. I received an email saying I would be advised when they were despatched. I have called a number of times and only connected once, when I was told I would be called back when the relevant person returned from lunch. Now, another 10 days later, nothing. My calls yesterday rang off. I am presuming this company is a scammer. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Items arrived but took a while, what disappointed me was I contacted them twice to find out whether the order had shipped and got no response. I think that's poor service so I won't use this company again
Found Multiscrew by chance after all other local suppliers did not have stock, the service provided was excellent, they had the items in stock at a very competitive price. Collected items within 30 mins and job completed. Will not hesitae to use them again and to recommend to others.
