We recently had electrical work and testing carried out for my elderly mother and father-in-law, and the service provided was excellent from start to finish. The engineer was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the visit.

A very thorough inspection and report were completed, clearly identifying areas of concern along with practical recommendations, all carried out to recognised standards. Following the remedial work, the engineer returned to conduct comprehensive testing and certification, ensuring everything was safe and fully compliant.

We especially appreciated the follow-up courtesy call afterwards, which demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical work and testing.

We recently used Multi Electrical Services for electrical work throughout our new home, and Steve — the owner — was fantastic from start to finish. He installed new sockets across the house, including our patio area, and the workmanship was spot‑on: neat, safe, and clearly done with real pride.
What really stood out was Steve himself. He’s got a great sense of humour and a warm, easygoing disposition that instantly puts you at ease. It makes a huge difference having someone in your home who’s not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant to deal with.

Good team to employ! Steve came promptly to asses what was needed, offered alternative ways round the problems and (eventually) gave a date and time to do the work. His computer programme automatically kept me updated via email and texting. They arrived promptly, were polite and respectful, did the work to a good standard - even finding that not all that was planned was needed. The bill was reasonable and I was given a variety of ways to pay.

MES were very professional, from their quote to job completion. They were diligent in checking out our electrical sockets and appliances before fitting a new fuse board, and completed all on time and on budget. I can recommend them.

Excellent, professional service. We had no heating or hot water after the power supply to our combo boiler failed (amongst other things). Steve and Harvey came round the same day and found and fixed the problem, which was great.

Steve and Harvey were very professional. They replaced some ceiling lights changed a number of light switches and sorted out an exterior power supply to the greenhouse in the garden. They did a great job, and I am very happy with all the work they have done and would highly recommend them.

Steve was very informative and knowledgeable about the EV charger. He did the preliminary checks to ensure all was safe. He ensured he had the relevant kit with him to do the job too. He was thorough, careful and approachable throughout his visit.

I had a concern about the output from Electric Vehicle charger at my home. Without the need for an on site visit, Steve very quickly and expertly ran through the possible problem areas and provided reassurance that the charger was working as intended.

Our first time using MES to carry out our EICR inspection.
Steve and Harvey were very professional and thorough and even found time to fit a light for us.

Not an easy job but Steve and Harvey made it as painless as they could. They were both polite and courteous and mindful that they were in our home. Even though it was slightly troublesome they kept their sense of humour and were a pleasure to have doing the job.
