Sales , Complain , production , reception and also Manager.
He also will be the person to deal with your complain email (as you will not be able to lodge complain over the phone ) .
My parcel arrived damaged with half of the stock we ordered and incorrectly printed .
You will not have proof vie option when placing order so no way to proof that this is there fault.
I have send images of the delivered box which was not even signed by us on delivery as proof ....not good enough.
