The platform shows profits on the dashboard, but when you actually try to get your money out, they give excuses and suddenly your account is blocked. No clear information about fees or how to actually access your funds.

They’re deceitful, they’ll stop responding after you make deposit. I couldn’t with-draw until Ve_rtel_waves intervened.

Do not trust these people Multi Trade with a penny of your money, they blew my trading account with reckless and are now refusing to return the upfront "deposit" of $25,283. The support channels are an absolute joke. Nothing but fraudsters.

Ren multi trade company is scam they are using profiles of glamorous models on tiktok and social media to scam people of everything that they can get. They robbed me of $524usd profit was $4826usd I can't withdraw the money and they don't respond.

I got them in because they'd emailed me (spammed if we're being honest - where did they get my email address from?) a very reasonable looking offer on a boiler service. And it was okay. Sure they were late, but the service was fine and they honoured their promise of knocking a bit off the bill for the lateness. Why the one-star rating then? Well, Trustpilot are censoring what I can actually say here but it's a case of true identity and strange coincidences. The plumber, a decent enough seeming chap, turned up in a Serviceteam liveried van, wearing Serviceteam branded overalls. The reason that's odd is the now liquidated Serviceteam was the company that did work at my property a couple of years ago that ended up causing thousands of pounds worth of damage. Suffice to say, having extensively looked into the background of Multi-Trade, which was set up in October 2013 just as Servicteam was hitting the rocks, and in light of my experience with that company, I would never knowingly use these people again. They've already proven their work is of low quality and, when it comes down to it, their guarantees (they claim to be insured up to £10 million) are worthless. And the company is registered to a service address (ie not a real office) in Finchley, so good luck tracking them down if you did need to.

I had a problem with my boiler and you sent out a very good engineer called James. Although, I thought at first he looked a bit too young and inexperienced to diagnose the fault in my boiler which I think is actually older than he is, he astonished me with the pace he set to work and found the fault. He's a real whizz kid and a credit to your company.

We rang another plumbing company to book in a boiler service and Icould not belive it when they didn't turn up. No call, no apology, nothing. I was livid and probably a bit rude when I called Multi-Trade. I thought that maybe all plumbing companies were like this.

I'm happy to say they aren't! I had a text message and an email to confirm when the plumber would be arriving and he came when they said he would. A very pleasant and professional man called Oliver. An hour later we had our boiler service and Oliver even had an ipad so we could sign and I had a receipt straight away.

I was thrilled with the service and it has restored my faith in the Great British workman!

I would have no hestitation in recommending Multi-Trade to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

I called the Multitrade company to give me a gas certificate for my boiler on a house I was trying to rent out. Despite having a real problem with the estate agents who lost the keys twice I couldn't fault the office staff at Multitrade who were professional and pleasant throughout. Kinleigh Folkard and Heywood in Streatham could learn a lot from Multitrade.

From start to finish the team at Multi-Trade were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad I selected them to install my new boiler because it's been a good experience and I would recommend them to others.

When my lights were broken I had to call an electrician and I found The MultiTrade on Google. I rang them and they came to me straight away to fix the problem. It was the fuses. They were very quick and very good and I'll be using them again but I am hoping not to have another problem!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company other than 'What a refreshing change!". Up-market plumbing and heating company that got my job done fast and efficiently. Not as expensive as Pimlico plumbers who used to use and a much, much better level of service. I recommend that you give them a go!

I would give them 5 stars for service and time-keeping. Turned up when they said they would and repaired boiler in the first hour. Very pleased.

I've just had the top floor of my house painted. I'm very happy with the results. They arrived at 8am every morning and worked until the job was finished. Always polite and very hard working, I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable workmen.

I had a man called Hughie visit me from Multi-Trade and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable about all types of carpet and he didn't let me down when it came to fitting. The carpet supplied was of excellent quality, fitted very well and done on time. I will use them again as I have several properties. They are very professional and reliable.

I rang up Multi-Trade on the 23rd of December. I had tried absolutely everyone else on Google and I had even sunk as low as looking on the gumtree for someone to fit my carpet. I eventually found this company at the bottom of page 2 for my area, why they are here I do not know but Google is not doing it's job properly!
They were very polite and a little bit posh. I explained my problem to them, that I had an old carpet that I wanted fitting into my daughters walk in wardrobe as a surprise for Christmas. They couldn't be more helpful and they sent around a brilliant carpet fitter on Christmas eve! He worked all afternoon struggling to fit a carpet that was never designed to fit that space but it looked perfect. Thank-you so much for your hard work and for getting it done in time. My daughter was ecstatic!

I've been in London for a few years and used several plumbing companies, most recently Pimlico Plumbers and they were quite good but these guys beat them hands down. I was kept informed every step of the way. This is a refreshing change and I will be using them again.

Boiler service and a gas safety certificate. Called in the morning, serviced in the afternoon and had certificate at 4pm.

I had a lovely garden clearance from these guys last week. Even in the miserable rain they were cheerful! They did a great job.
