Having bought an excellent double wallbed from them 18 months ago (which they installed for us as part of the price) - we had to remove it for some building work recently. When I asked for a copy of the installation instructions to help me reinstall it they were extremely helpful, even replacing some parts for free (bringing them round personally) and offering to help reinstall for free as well.
I placed my order with Mulleyn in May 2024 - for a wallbed system with sofa, desk and wardrobes and a separate wardrobe and desk for delivery end of August and was told it would not include mattress but would include sofa seat and back cushions as shown on their images.
I was pleased with the planning phase. Sadly at execution first the people coming to assemble (end of August) were missing key components (not sure who was to blame) and had to come back - mid September - this was also a bit of a disaster but it seemed in good faith.
Both times they didn’t have the sofa cushions - I chased these and MULLEYN said they’d be sent separately by their upholsterers but they never arrived. After a long time (end of October) of chasing they said these had been lost and they would resend … it’s December and no one has given me and update or replied to my messages in November -
I would not use again or recommend.
