made me wait 24+ hours to get my fifa coins then randomly decided to refund the order without telling me/giving me any email of notice.

Great Service - Placed a smaller order for my first one just to get an idea of how it works, and very very impressed. Complete within 30 mins max, I will 100% be ordering from this site again in the near future.

Amazing, i was very exitant , and it was amazing how secure they are , they request different security mesures every time. 5 stars from Portugal

Ordered 100k FIFA coins and started to get edgy a few hours later when they hadn’t arrived. Asked and was told they’d sold coins that they didn’t own yet, and were “restocking”. Asked the live chat to cancel my order and suddenly they said they’d be on it straight away.

Got an email some time later saying they’d raised a ticket and my login details were incorrect. Spoke to a very unhelpful live chat agent whilst continuously copy/pasting the details from their ticket to log in/out of my FIFA account and ultimately decided to cancel and change all of my passwords.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the experience I just had left me feeling very much scammed, if not at least scammed out of my Boxing Day morning playing FIFA.

i ordered a simple thing for like 40$ , they make me wait for like an hour to ask me for more verifications (phone-email) which is already in my infos , they said : yea we sent you a verification on your phone number ( which i never recievied ) i let them know that and its like they got mad and just canceled my order and i still didnt get the refund back do not deal with those idiiots

this is a 10/10 because of the customer service, Jasmine might have been one of the best survices i've had in all websites i've used. Jasmine was really quick and very good in answering my questions which relieved alot of stress in the start, Altought the transaction can take alot of hours (still haven't gotten it) customer service is beyond good!

Asked me for very personal details to verify my identity, not sure what’s happened to MuleFactory but i think it’s been taken over, potentially by a scam indian company, asked for a refund i was told “the refund manager is away for 2 days”

Unnecessarily long process of getting your coins. Why am I being asked for a utility bill? They ask for too many unnecessary things and just waste your time.
