Ordered 2.3m fifa coins after asking questions and having them answered then was instantly cancelled on having my money taken and having to wait for it for no reason what so ever was told a previous account of mine was banned when it wasn't have not used this service before?

I cannot fault the customer service provided by the live chat service that is offered by Mulefactory ,it is one of the best I have experienced.

However the delivery promised is not being adhered to which is creating a poor customer experience.

I ordered gold in advance for an auction and I have since lost out on the items due to not receiving my full order within the promised delivery time scales.

First of all, i have been using the site for years now and i have about 30 orders. They deliver the coins very fast and even if i have to correct something for my order, i just have to contact their live chat and its fixed in a few mintues, no need to wait hours for emailing back and forth. Their customer service is top noch hands down. wish it was this easy with everythging in life...

Very bad, Ive ordered multilpe times never ever had a problem, Suddenly they start asking qeustions about my idenity and private information (wich they never are licenced to do so), So i went abit under investigation, And i noticed all the information they were asking me, Was all the information that they require to reqeust another bank card/credit card (and with the photos you provided them with, It makes for the bank, Hard to declinded the new card reqeust ( With the ultities information of your account (On bank they can easily check up your real time adress and change this to there prefrence(A mule wich they are famous for) and the mule takes the money from your "New card" and sends this to the compainy Wich is named factoryMULE This is preventing them to be tracked, Don't be fool and think youre safe people, You litterly giving away your money to dangerous people that has other intentions than helping you with a vituel player or item.

infact they are pretenting to have certification of subjecting Privacy data, But they do not own that, Also they refuse to give out bussiness information thats required to actaully own a bussiness certification
all they litterly make in support chat, Are false claims thats against the consutition right of articial 15, Even an lawyer was very suspicies about there way on conduct Refusing giving compainy infomation Nor GDPR CCPA documents Basicily this whole compainy shouldnt be allowed to do bussiness with europain cilvilains. & What ever that website is gonna reply on my review, I've screen shots from converstation and the lack of actaully providing the service that people are paying you for. under false claim Fraude prevention (But its you whose collecting the information of New costumers that enables you to do fraud theft), As for the refund matter, I heard in 4 chat converstations diffrent stories about refund progress time, (1 said 1-2 days) other said 1-3 days now last time was a week, Remember hollidays are on doorstep and it probley will take longer, well If i even get my money back, Due my suspicious towards it would be a suprice.

I've bought from here a few times and it's been pretty much spot on each time but there are a few problems not a single discount code works ive asked an employee about this they said its expired but how can the be correct if its a fresh code one other thing although I know it just speeds up the process of getting the coins somebody sold my first owner de bruyn didn't replace it instantly I sent a message to ask about this and they said it will be replaced after about an hour still wish they could've asked for permission for this as obviously its was sick to have a first owner de bruyn apart from this they have been amazing and I will be buying again infact I have an order in progress as we speak.

The order is done, but I only receive a third of the amount of coin I am supposed to receive which is only 100,000.
