I cannot fault the customer service provided by the live chat service that is offered by Mulefactory ,it is one of the best I have experienced.
However the delivery promised is not being adhered to which is creating a poor customer experience.
I ordered gold in advance for an auction and I have since lost out on the items due to not receiving my full order within the promised delivery time scales.

I've bought from here a few times and it's been pretty much spot on each time but there are a few problems not a single discount code works ive asked an employee about this they said its expired but how can the be correct if its a fresh code one other thing although I know it just speeds up the process of getting the coins somebody sold my first owner de bruyn didn't replace it instantly I sent a message to ask about this and they said it will be replaced after about an hour still wish they could've asked for permission for this as obviously its was sick to have a first owner de bruyn apart from this they have been amazing and I will be buying again infact I have an order in progress as we speak.
