Ordered a dress in the sale which arrived while a was away for a couple of days, when I opened the perfectly sealed package 3 days after delivery the silky dress with a large red metallic rose pattern on it which was frayed all over, the metallic looked like someone had rubbed it on sand paper all over and pulled all the metallic thread out. There was nothing about this fraying in the description when I bought the item, I emailed twice in complaint, to try and resolve this but I have received no reply. Their refund policy about sale items and also checking the item within 48hrs is ridiculous, especially when the item is not as described and faulty.

Dress was the Gaia: girl in mind red floral midi dress. £33.99 with postage.

Not happy with the lack of communication or the faulty item !

I have given 2 stars as the person that I messaged when purchasing online was very helpful but since then it’s gone downhill.
I received a knitted item that had loose yarn on the arm that looked like it would get worse if I washed/wore it. I contacted the company the day I received it and took photos to show the problem. I got an email back just referring me to how to notify them of a return and saying they respond within 48 hours! I then emailed them again after a few days saying I was a new customer and I wanted to know a) that they had received my emails and b) what they wanted me to do. I have heard nothing from them which is really awful as the item was not a cheap or reduced item and at the very least I feel I should’ve had a response to my emails. I can’t say I will purchase anything else if this is my experience with a first purchase.
In total contrast another company I bought from at the same time put a signed card in my parcel saying how much they valued my purchase, wrapped it in tissue paper with a lovely message! This was for a sale item that was only £20 inclusive of delivery and great quality. I always try to buy from individual boutiques rather than big well known ones but feel a bit disillusioned now with this one .. it’s a pity!

I have ordered a few pieces from Mulberry Moon and have been very satisfied with the service. There is no problem on returning an item either.
They seem like a great Team and I get a good giggle at their chat and antics on T.T. as I live too far away to visit their shop .... maybe one of these days !!!!

Stated up to a size 22 - I’m an 18 round bust & it was snug. I mentioned it being overly creased (& stuffed in a plastic bag) on the TikTok thread & got a curt reply that items don’t come pressed etc. China special. Returned for a refund but not happy I had to waste money on postage. Won’t be buying from this ‘shop’ again.

Dress is lovely and very happy with it, it's so comfortable and better than I expected.

Item was very small for size and although good quality it wasn’t really suitable, very small in the body

I came across this Boutique by chance & I am thrilled I did. No more trying clothes on & leaving a store upset, embarrassed & crying as sizes don't fit even although it's your size & the bigger size looks awful. My partner is thrilled I've started to buy clothes again after 10 years consisting of black wide bottomed sports trousers & baggy jumpers. No more avoiding leaving the house going for meal/drinks with my partner or friends all because I have Big Girls, hips & on medication that can cause fluid & bloating. Buying online can be risky but not with Mulberry Moon. Sizes are perfect & in fashion showing off a womans figure. I am starting to have a wardrobe again Thanks to Gayle, Ange, Lee & everyone at Mulberry Moon who are fabulous & always on hand to help with the occasion & colours.You don't just get the outstanding Customer Service at Mulberry Moon you always get outstanding Customer Care (2 totally different things that seem to be missing these days in stores).
