Know your size
I found this shop because someone on a barefoot forum had ordered the wrong size and she had the same foot length as me so I knew I needed a 39 instead of a 38. (My foot is 24cm and I needed their size 6 if that helps). I'd say add 9mm to your exact foot length to find the right size. They do try to answer emails so ask before you order.

No free return labels
No free return labels given with an order. Hence, if the size doesn't fit you. Or the shoe didn't match your expectations, then it'll cost you €25 to return each pair of shoes. To me, this is really bad service

Good quality
I've ordered a few times from them. Great shoes, delivery time was as stated, and the quality of their shoes after months of wearing them is still fantastic, they are well made.
I've been in touch with customer services about swapping a size of my pre-order for kids shoes and that was no issue.
