From first enquiring about a riser recliner chair we received prompt information and appointment. The young man,Lewis,who came to demonstrate the chair was extremely respectful and was absolutely amazing in his details and demonstration of the chair. He is an asset to the company.
The chair was delivered sooner than expected which was ideal.
The two young men who delivered and demonstrated use were extremely detailed and checked at every step to ensure we understood how to operate.

My first experience with Muick Sandy began whilst I was in hospital, when they called to arrange a demonstration. From the outset, their acknowledgement of my emotional situation was empathetic and courteous.
Secondly, the Sales Representative who visited, Eddie Howe, was superb in every way, truly knowledgeable, patient and understanding of my particular needs. Eddie impressed me by his professionalism, calm manner and warm demeanour and gave us the time to reflect before making a decision.
However, this afternoon, Jack Davis and Arran Lang arrived to deliver and assemble the new chair. From their initial telephone calls to alert me to the delivery then meeting them in person to assemble, they both excelled in professionalism and politeness. They kindly helped me move furniture, patiently explained everything in great detail, were kind to my husband and a joy to have around; they could not have offered a better service.
To sum up this lengthy but unapologetic recommendation, Jack and Arran, such pleasant gentlemen, truly excelled in offering a wonderful service to me, the customer; they are both, without doubt, invaluable assets to Muick Sandy and I offer them my grateful thanks for a superb job - such a rarity in today's world!

The Muick Sandy scooter was chosen after studying the available alternatives. It beat the opposition in specification, performance and optional extras. Its value for money was superior, especially when the quotation showed several of the 'extras' were included in the price. The delivery arrangements fitted into our diary commitments and were made punctually. The drivers were helpful and were trained to provide full instructions; before they left I had ample time to practise with the scooter and to fell confident in its use.
Top marks all round to Muick Sandy.

We are very pleased with the chair which is both comfortable and stylish. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone or dealt with in person has been friendly, polite and helpful. Jack and Aaron arrived when they said they would, moved the furniture for me and explained the chair controls patiently and efficiently. They are employees to be proud of. I cannot think of any way the service could be improved.

We found the service we received from Muick Sandy exceptional. Everyone at the head office, Brent who demonstrated our selection of scooters (very thorough) ,Ryan and Paul who delivered our purchase - gave us another explanation which was very much appreciated. Thank you all!
