THIS SITE IS A SCAM

THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I paid $1 for a report on a person. The details that came back were scant and insignificant. Then they charged me $49.82 for a one month subscription (that would renew every month). I called to complain and they said "sorry - when you signed up you were told that if you didn't cancel in 48 hours you would be charged".
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. ITS A SCAM TO TRICK YOU INTO ENDLESS PAYMENTS.

This is 100% a scam

This is 100% a scam. It’s not just that they don’t provide any info a basic google search wouldn’t, they will try to keep your membership active and charge you no matter what you do. I canceled my credit card to end it. There is NOTHING legitimate about them. You might as well give your credit card info to someone who sends you a phishing email.

Total scam

Total scam. They charged my minor daughter $1 twice. Then a month later $39.82. I went online to cancel. It said I couldn’t and had to call. I called when they opened the next day and explained they sold this to a minor. I wanted it canceled and refunded. She didn’t use the service the entire month. I was told that I needed to email customer service as they couldn’t do anything. Then I emailed customer service for cancelation and refund. I also called the bank to report fraud. This is a CA based company that scams kids. My daughter’s school acct is over-drafted now pending the bank investigation and this place to make a decision. Don’t sign up!

Got hoodwinked and charged 39.82 after I paid a dollar for the next to useless report I got. Total scam!
User beware! I called mugshotlook.com and cancelled my account. Customer Service offered me to sign back up at 6.00 a month - I declined and they sent me an email supposedly with a link to get a refund. The email said they were sorry I cancelled with a-link to sign back up BUT NO LINK FOR A REFUND! Where’s my shocked face?!!!!
Ok - by next day I had another email with a link for a refund which brings me to a page where I can print a refund request form and return it by snail mail.
Thinking there is a high probability that the mailed form will be ignored but hope springs eternal.

Useless information

If I could rate you a zero I would! You have no useful information and your company has attached itself to the North Port Police department in Florida. What a scam and two days later you committed fraud by trying to charge me $39.82. Thank goodness my back caught this fraudulent transaction.

Absolutely a scam company

Absolutely a scam company. I had no clue I would be charged $39.82 for a "free trial" just to get a $1 report. Then called the number to cancel only to be told to go to the "refund" website to request a refund. Go there, and you have to PRINT and MAIL the request.
Scummy scammy company.

No correspondence is sent to notify your 30 days are almost up.

In order to find out if someone you know has a mugshot. This site will charge you $39.82 in the next 48 hours, you must dig so far down in the terms of use that it is basically hidden. It did help me find who I was looking for, but I had no idea that I had signed up for a subscription to this site. When I tried to cancel, I had to call a number to cancel, and the woman was rude and talked over me. Don't use this company. They send no correspondence to let you know that they will be continuing to bill your card for a monthly subscription.

It did help me find who I was looking for, but I had no idea that I had signed up for a subscription to this site. When I tried to cancel, I had to call a number as well, making it that much harder to cancel, and the woman was rude and hung up on me after she refused a refund and canceled my account. Don't fall for it. If you're going to use it, cancel it immediately! Unless you need to pay $40 a month for illegal background checks that you cannot use as a background check.

money collected zero actual information provided as advertised. Never able to access anything more than what was originally shown prior to entering credit card info. Complete scam!

this site offers absolutely zero help with accessing information about the person you are attempting to gain perspective on. You would be better off using the official records website of whatever county the individual resides in.

This website takes you out of perpetual ride of miss-leading you, by indicating information that can only be accessed once you sign up using your credit card and or have a membership.
Once the transaction is approved and you click on this amazing mystery locked box, which is now supposed to be accessible now that you've paid, now, having a membership to, you are then taken to another area where you are once again asked to search for information regarding the individual you're trying to find information on, redundantly requested to once again, and you're all the same information, and the cycle repeats itself over and over and over as there is no information that this site was ever able to access and actually provide for services rendered, therefore a giant waste of time and money.

I've never seen such ridiculous false claims and advertising before in my life! Don't get sucked in! this website designer is attempting to get rich quick with this gimmick, which lures unsuspecting individuals into thinking that there is factual information with regards to the person you're searching for indicated by the gerbil wheel algorithm the designer has written for this website.
So Imagine if 1 million people fell victim to this nefarious nonsense, I'll be in charge one dollar on their credit card, because how many people truly care about a dollar where they chase down the credit card company to dispute it
You've just made these YAHOO'S a million dollars by getting sucked into in their scam. A genius idea if you're a Dirt- Merchant and this is the best you can do in life!

They don't steal money...

Most of the people complaining about the charge of 39.99 wasn't a scam or stolen. They just didn't read the terms before just putting in their credit card info. That is on them and not the site. Anyways it still wasn't worth it as it has only older information...

I saw there was no reviews so had to leave one. SCAM COMPANY. They will give you the info, but will try to charge your card with no permission given to them. Do not work with this business. Extremely dissapointed. Too bad my card security is top notch and they couldn’t do anything, blocked them already from making transactions with me.

First charge was 1$, then repeatedly day by day attempted to charge $50
