We shipped your order and sent you the tracking number via email. Since the package was not tracked, it could not be delivered and was returned to us after the pickup period expired. As soon as we received it, we refunded your payment and closed the order. The process was handled transparently.

Delivery was also good. The only thing was that please put the clothes in a package for a safer transfer.
