Published a different add on immoscout24
Published a different add on immoscout24, 4.5 zimmer, and the contract was different, 2 zimmer, when questioned by email they said that was a different add, which is not true since this building has no 4.5 zimmer appartment except the one i am staying in, the contract is also scribbled and not completely legible, this happened in 2023. There have been other such incidents and they even continue until date. They have sent us a yearly maintenance of over 700 euros, and when we asked for a brake up, and justification, of the charges they did not provide us any instead asked us to pay immediately. The company was previously called Renovo.
I feel like the person I have interacted with, has not been honest with their dealings and behave rudely when questioned. I personally suggest being cautios and careful when doing business with them, please read and verify everything before signing. My bad experience was with the person by the name of :
