Don't understand: I called the company, but unable to speak with someone

RUDE : You call the company, who answer the call DROP THE CALL without a word !!

Called again (maybe an error?), but the reply is "I don't speak english" and another girl DROP AGAIN the call...immediately, without speaking !!

Incredibly RUDE !!...never seen...

Basic education...Fake call, schoolgirl 15yo ?? it's a game, or a real company??

What's the business scope?? To avoid clients ??

NOTE that after review, they called me again 2 times - 1 RING only !!
