Mtxserv is by far the best price to performance/reliability Minecraft server hosting platform I have used!
Even if you server crashes, support usually answers very quickly and does an excellent of helping you sort out what problem might cause the issue.

First time renting, Very satisfied
I was not sure what to expect, since I never rented a Server of any kind before and I gotta admit I am very happy with it. Eventho I picked the cheapest Pack, I am not having any issues with lags or any server related problems. The Homepage is clean and easy to navigate. I would really recommend anyone to try it.
PS: Even with plugins the server runs smoothly, besides a little longer loading time, which is totally reasonable.

Good server
Server has always been running stable, only had some minor bugs when I was on my laptop instead of my desktop where I got
kicked every 20-30 mins. Server reset has been kind of unexpected though

I use it for my minecraft server and the only thing I have to say is that it lacks more control on the web FTP like renaming , moving and importing directories.

WebFTP is technically hard to improve and you'll always get best results using a FTP software like WinSCP, Cyberduck or FileZilla to manage your server's files easily.

Continuos disconects even on a brand new $1500 computer. Im not sure if its facepunch or mtx but although i am not new to games i played for yeats on console i am a newb to pc but this seems unacceptable.

Our provider OVHcloud, from what we know, hasn't planned to open US Central datacenter yet but if they do, we'll add the location as soon as we can, for sure :)

Hello,
I guess you meant "dedicated IP" and not port, as each gameserver has its own dedicated port on a shared IP address :)
If so, we do not provide dedicated IP because it's simply not needed to play and IPv4 are limited nowadays so we use them carefully.

Great server hosting 10+ Rating
Great services and features cheap to host servers. With multiple options available (999 player slots for Minecraft is big PLUS) not had any issues so not needed to contact support.

Best Server Hosting
Best Server Hosting I have had to date! You always get your server quickly, and if there is ever an issue your support ticket is quickly taken care of (there is almost always someone on the Discord too!). If you think that the lower price compared to the "High-Tier" hosting sites mean that the Servers/customer service are not as good you are highly mistaken! I have had better service from MTX than I have had with any of the bigger/more expensive hosting companies that I tried. As long as I need servers and MTX exists I shall be a customer.
