Early days they are great. But there are not there to support your business and needs. Specially when you are small size business.
There are multiple delays, account managers reply weeks after you have agreed or passed on feedback on a project. This will cause delays on your shipping and no apology or compensation on loss of business because they delayed your printing process.
I could go on and on but it’s not worth my energy anymore.

Our Account Manager, Icey, has been a pleasure to work with. She’s incredibly responsive, patient, and detail-oriented. We went through several rounds of design proofs and technical questions around materials, valves, finishes, and sizing, and she always made sure everything was clear and accurate before moving forward.

As a growing brand, it’s refreshing to work with a supplier that feels like a true partner rather than just a vendor. Communication has been smooth, timelines realistic, and the overall experience very professional.

Coming from a previous distributor from the states, I have to say that MTpak has been amazing. In terms of price, product offerings, and communication, they’ve been great. They even helped me set up printing files and dieline everything. The price was almost half of what other quotes were, and the products are great. From the look and feel, I’m very happy.

only thing of note is There was also a tolerance for bags quoted and then bags received, but there was a +- 20% difference. We ended up getting the 20% lower quantity, we were made aware that this may be the case so just keep that in mind when you get your stuff.

2nd time I have used MTPAK for my business, great service, Vickie is very friendly with rapid replies, the design team is great. Made adjustments quickly. Everything is smooth and transparent which removes all anxiety about meeting deadlines. Seriously recommend!

Recently purchase coffee bags. Bags are ripping apart and sealing quality is not good.

great bags, I love the eco materials, great customer service, they are very sweet and good communicators; the only issue is the delay with the shipping, it could take weeks or probably months, but it is something that depends normally of the courrier company.
